Dinner was solid. You aren't walking at full speed. But dining with great people is a beautiful thing. Almost perfect.

"I'm going to head to my study. What are you gentlemen up to?" Asked Zeoticus.

"I'm going to head to my room and check on some things before shower and hitting the bath. What about you Jack?" Asked Sirzechs.

"Probably going to prowl the gardens and such. It's a beautiful night. Lighting is just perfect for an evening paradise."

"Enjoy."

From there you head outside and into the courtyard. The sky is a dark purple and a white glow from a full moon is giving the atmosphere such a good energy. The hedges are shaped with absolute perfection, the assortments of roses are in red, black, white, purple, and mixed varieties. And then you have yourself a seat on a comfortable lawn chair in the middle of the garden. A maid was there.

"Sorry. My apologies." She said in the middle of getting up.

"Stay. I insist." You offer her.

"Thank you Sir." She replied.

"Rina right?" You ask.

"Yes. Jack right?"

"I'm just kinda rolling with it right now. Seeing what comes up and just going along with it. How are you?"

"I'm off the clock at the moment. Waiting to have dinner ready and then head to the kitchen again. Until that time comes I find it peaceful here. Me and a few of the maids love this particular spot."

"Well Rina add me to that list. Roses and moonlight."

Rina giggled. "You're lucky Mya isn't here. You know that right?"

"This is true. Jade is trying to keep her under control last time I saw her." You chuckled.

"Mya wants to be a loving wife and find a handsome guy. It also means she's done being a maid if she finds the right one. Jade keeps her good friend in order. Then me I just keep quiet unless it's in a space like this. You seem more gentle and like to talk to others."

"Part of the job." You nod. Might as well keep going with it as long as I'm here. "So what's up with Grayfia? She just shy? Or is it just quiet? The three of you have much more of an open personality."

"Hehe. You've noticed. Easy to tell really. Though it's nice sitting down and talking to someone. His grace I know will look for a wife soon but we will see how that goes. He doesn't talk to us much. But maybe he will once he finds himself a suitor. His grace is handsome."

"You're pretty yourself but yeah."

She giggled. "Thank you. Oh and Grayfia, what about her?"

"It's like I said. You have a bright smile and show your personal side. She is all business." Let's see what Rina could do. Give you something to go for. That sort.

"I gotcha." She grinned. "What do you want to know? Mind you some personal questions I won't go there."

"Is it she's shy? Is she just working all the time?"

"Call it the phrase got it maid."

"Got it maid?"

"Yup." She smiled. "Strict personality. Very serious. Though it makes me wonder how those walls come down. Not sure what her future looks like outside one day being head maid. Who would be the man that would have the patience and know how to handle such circumstances."

You look up at the moon. "It would be chasing that." You point to it.

"Hehe. Very true." She got up and bowed towards you. "I bid you a good evening Jack. I must be off now. If you like I could summon Jade for you."

That's quite a generous offer. See what she knows. Jade has a good prospective on things. This couldn't hurt. "Please do. Why not?"

"Alright. Give me a few minutes."

"I can wait."

"Thank you." Rina walked off to go back inside. You watch her walk off to see if you could notice something. Trying to picture all four of the maids you met up with at the door. Mya beautiful but something about it wasn't doing it for you. Jade pretty but not your type. Then you think of the brown and silver hair. One brighter than the other, and still indecisive about it.

"Evening (FN)." Greeted Jade. She say you spacing out in thought.

"Oh. Hey there. Evening."

Jade found the seat next to you. "You rang?"

"Question for you. How much do you know about the other three?"

Jade smirked. "Mya, Rina, and Grayfia? Basically all of us?"

"Well, yes..." You knew this girl wasn't going play any games. This was fact and to the point. Different territory here.

"Mya is a little air headed and wants to start a family. That's her priority. She's fun but could be a bit much to handle. Rina is a bubbly, elegant, and simple type. Me I'm as you see. Nothing for me to hide. Then there's Grayfia."

"Workaholic?" You asked.

"Yup. Life's dedication is this. She worked her whole life to get here and she will forever stay here. Least that's what I think. Someone would have to really change her ways or tweak something. Just my take." She leaned back and let out a sigh. "I can't lie though, the Gremory family treats us well. It's a dream job. Some want to go a different direction but I like this as it is."

"Well I think that's about it. Had me curious. But about Mya."

"Oh boy. What is it?" Asked Jade.

"Crazy?"

"Much." She nodded and then got up. "I must be off but thank you for letting me enjoy the air for a moment."

"It's my pleasure. Any chance one of you can run me a bath and I'll be in there maybe a half hour? Want something a little more private than the bathhouse."

"We just recently installed one and it's  down the hall from the guest room you are staying at. Should say B-4."

"Probably like ten bathrooms in there." You chuckled. "Thanks again."

"Anytime (FN)."

You watch her walk off and have that same vision in your head. At this rate I might as well find myself a blind date. I don't know what hair color, body, or personality I want besides yandere and not needing babies right now. This is more troubling. But I debate if I should tell Sirzechs. Best friend and all, but also a guy thing.
