The view wasn't great from where we were sitting, but the music sure was! Their new album - Candle, was their best! 

'Come Amy, we have to go now before the traffic picks up...' I urged, tugging on her arm. She was still staring at the band, her cheeks flushed. I could sense what was going on here, but I said nothing. 'I hope it's not Darryl...' I thought, turning away. 

As soon as HALO left the stage, Amy turned to me. 'Ok, I'm ready to go now,' she replied. 'Who's the lucky guy?' I asked innocently. She turned a bright shade of red and looked angry. 

'W-what do you mean?!' 

'Who were you staring at?' I asked again, politely.

'I'm not telling you!' 

'Ok, as long as it's not... never mind.'

'Oh! I see you have a crush also... Who's the lucky girl ?' My mouth dropped open in outrage. She turned the questions against me. 'Pfft, if you're not telling, I'm not either.' I said, bargaining a deal. 

'Maybe... another time. Can I go to the Costa down the road? I want to buy a quick hot-chocolate.' I shrugged. I didn't like coffee but whatever. The temperature had dropped since we arrived. 'Meet me behind the theatre.' She nodded and I watched her leave, wrapping her coat around herself tightly.

Darryl

As soon I was backstage I high-fived my siblings. 'Tonight was our best performance yet!' I exclaimed. We were all well and truly exhausted. Even Roselle's pale face had a hint of blush. 

'I'm just going to go and put new make-up on, I've been sweating sooo much!' Roselle decided, heading back to the room backstage. 'Is there any Costas nearby? I'm killing for a Latte...' 

'Yeah, there's one. Check google maps,' I replied. The man from earlier walked in and handed me some tropical juice, Caden some hot-chocolate and Andie some water. Coffee wasn't really my thing. 

'Where is your sister? I have some coffee for her...' the man asked politely. I smiled and apologised. 'She's gone to Costa.' The man nodded. 'Ahh, no problem! We were already short on milk for her Latte.' The guy left the room, leaving me with Caden and Andie. 

'How long are we going to stay in L.A. for Darryl? I kinda like it here,' Caden asked, sipping on his hot-chocolate, like the world was at peace. 'I like it here as well' I thought, disappointed that we'd have to leave in a few days. 

'We're leaving in 2 days. Make the most of the time here...' I answered. Caden nodded, not looking so happy. 

Andie hadn't said anything for the last 5 minutes. She had completely zoned out, holding her water. 'Andie!' I shouted, immediately snapping her back into the real world. 'Sorry, I got a bit lost in my thoughts,' she replied. 

Caden rolled his eyes. 'A bit?' Andie pulled a face at him. 'The good news is, I think I have a new song for our album!'
