KEEGAN
I walked out of my car in the cold Wisconsin air.  The heat that I got from my car left my body.  I stand outside and looked at the High school that I have been going to for 3 months now.  It is December 1st 2019 so is pretty cold outside and snow on the ground. 

When I start walking with my earbuds in, I spot the jocks hungout by the red, Ford, pick-up truck.  One of them hit another one, Mason Cooper.  He was my crush that I will never have a chance with. 

Jock-Hey Keegan! Come here.

I don't even listen to him.  All I know is that he is going to do something stupid and I don't want any part of it.  I keep walking and walked into the warm school and went to the office where I go so I don't have to deal with people.

But one girl, I don't know what she is about.  she is the only one that talked yo me like a normal person.  Other then the jocks, who find it funny to make fun of me.  So I judt don't even care.  Better then at my old school. 

But she has black hair and she puts her hair up in a bun and she wears dark purple glasses.  Her voice is perky and seems like she is happy to be here, but her outfits say other whys. 

She wears black leggings and a baggie hoody.  Her outfits are just black, only on "B" days does she wear jeans, sometimes they are black.  She looks at me and gives me a slight smile. 

Girl-Good moring Keegan!

I nodded my head and she sat down next to me.  I was just drawing something.  It is how I claim down. 

Girl-What are you drawing today?

I strugged my sholders.  How does she not get annoyed that I don't talk?  I know if I talked to someone and they reply like I am to her, I would be pissed and just give up.  Before she could ask another question, Ms.Rim came in.

Ms.Rim-Hello Vora, can I help you?
Vora-Yes, my mom said she called me in for appointment?
Ms.Rim-Oh yes!  Keegan, you want to head to class?

I looked at the time on my phone and the time did go by fast.  I get to school around 7:30 and sit in my car for about 5 minutes to cool off.  If there is still time, I come here and just chill out again.

Keegan-I guess.
Ms.Rim-Have a good day.

I grabbed my backback and put my notebook under my arm and walked to class.

~End of the day~

I closed my locker and I am really the only one in the halls.  Every had gone home or are in clubs.  I had to go talk to some teachers about missing assignments.  I walked down the hall and I looked in all the doors.  I see people working on things or talk about something on that is coming up.  Like the Christmas parade. 

I walked past the door that is the Geo club.  I have heard people talk about that and I heard that it isn't at all a Geo club.  It is like a safe place for the LGBTQ+ people.  I look in it and there is a girl I have never seen, Vora, and Mason Cooper. 

If this is what people say that it is then why is Mason Cooper in there?  Maybe he is the aills.  I don't know.  But I want to go there.  I have not told anybody and maybe if I go there I can get comfuble with my sexually. 
I walk away and walked to my car.  There was only teachers cars.  All the students that are in clubs are in the back or don't drive yet. 

MASON
Vora-But Mason-
Mason-I'm scared to come out and my little sister already knows.
Vora-She won't tell anyone.
Cassie-I don't know babe, she is a evil one.
Vora-Your not helping!
Mason-Just this will ruin my life.  My brother uses the F-word all the time and now what will I do.

Just then, my little sister, Amber.  Came in and dropped.  I looked at her.  She is a freshman and I am a junior.  My older brother and sister is senior.  My brother's name is Austin and my sisters name is Zoie.  So it gose, Austin, Zoie, me, and Amber.  The Coppers.  My mom is a counselor and my dad is a weldder. 

I was confused because Amber gose with With Zoie and now with Austin because he is done with Football this year.  All out family dose sports.  Zoie dose cheer and Amber dose Basketball.  I do Baseball.  My dad is the football person and my mom is just "see you at the games" type of person.
 
Mason-Where is Zoie and Austin?
Amber-Zoie gone home sick and Austin is hunging out with his girlfriend.
Mason-Ok, go get him.  I am talking with my friends.
Amber-He said to leave him alone.  I will call mom and tell none of you are picking me up.

I let out a stressful sigh and roll my eyes.  I looked at Vora and Cassie that have their arms wrapped around each other.

Mason-Let me finish this.

I throw her my keys and she walked away.  I sigh and looked down.  I love that girl but sometimes she is the pain in my ass. 

Mason-Ok, I will talk to you two on the grope chat.
Vora-Mas, don't worry about your sister.  She won't tell anyone.
Mason-Maybe her friends.
Cassie-But that will be all.

We hugged and I picked up my backpack and walked out to my truck.  My family is middle class but we aren't rich.  I get dad's old truck.  Austin gets mom's old car.  Zoie get's just an old truck and Amber will get one of our old cars.  Hand-me-downs.
