It is a Saturday morning at 8 am. The only reason I am awake right now is because I promised my parents (the alpha and Luna of my pack) that I would go shopping to get everything for the party later on tonight. That, and the fact that I have an unsettling amount of caffeine in my system. I'm whizzing around the shops at top speeds collecting everything and trying on dresses. I have finally finished and am back home when my older brother Kai decides to tackle me as I step in. I hit him and we laugh as he starts tickling me. 'I swear to god stoppppppppp' I shout. We then hear from upstairs, 'stop messing around go entertain yourselves elsewhere!' I quickly put the shopping away as we continue laughing.
We kill hours of time just wandering around the park and attacking each other. It's now 4pm and we have arrived home. Our mum sent us both to get ready for the party and it took me 2 hours to shower, get dressed and do my makeup.

It's now 6:30 and the party starts at 7. We all jump into the car and make our way to the venue. We booked a whole hotel just for this event. It's to celebrate becoming allies with the neighbouring packs so it had to be big. We arrived and it wasn't long for others to pile in. As the alpha's daughter I had to greet everyone which took ages.
It was only 30 minutes in and I was already exhausted. Human interaction is so much effort I say to myself laughing. I finally spot a huge group of people who have arrived. They are the last to show up and they all get chatting. Through the chaos I get a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. It almost felt like butterflies but more intense. Suddenly an intoxicating smell filled my nose. It smelt like strawberries and banana. 'What the hell is that' I ask Kai as I look around in confusion. 'What the hell is what???' Kai says even more confused. 'That smell, it's amazing!' Kai stares at me and replies 'not a clue what your talking about.' 'Thats not helpful!' I walk away and follow my wolf. She's the voice inside me but for some reason it's muffled and I can't hear what she's saying. I keep going forward and I feel a pair of eyes on me but where are they from. I bump into my dad who annoyingly introduces me to someone he is talking to. We chat very quickly and part our ways. As I turn I see the most beautiful sight I have ever whitenessed in my life. It was a handsome man staring at me. His expression looked as if he had been separated from someone very close for years and finally reunited with them. Im confused...
