Chapter two sixth grade

I'm in 6th grade now and Edward and I became good friends. In fact he's my best friend.

Well I also got a crush on him. Even though I don't know what he looks like.

I swear we write each other everyday. We even gave each other our cell phone number, just to chat.

It was cool to. We have a lot in common to. My phone buzzed. I pulled it out and looked at it.

Edward: Emmett being a dork again. He just put a whole pancake in his mouth.

Bella: Eww gross! He needs a gibb smack. Lol

Edward: Maybe I'll let you do that.

Bella: Yeah right. I'll just reach through the phone and do that.

Edward: Got to go for now. School awaits.

Bella: Have fun! I know I won't.

I put my phone in my bag and ran out the door to catch the bus.

"You stink Bella." Oh yes, I still get picked on. I get bullied. Sometimes I wish Edward would come save me, but I know that will never happen.

At school I'm at lunch I come out of the restroom and someone grabs me from behind and covers my mouth.

I don't know who it is. The next I knew I was thrown against the wall.

I fell to the ground. I looked up and it was Victoria and James.

James picked me up and held my arms behind me as Victoria started beating me.

This was bad. This was way worse than I have ever got beaten.

James finally let me go and I fell to the ground.

They just walked away and left me there.

I was in the 6th grade now. I was sitting 5th period when my phone vibrated.

I raised an eyebrow in confusion because Bella never texted me during school.

I had to wait until study hall before I could read it. Which was next period.

Bella became my best friend. We don't even know what each other looks like. Well that's a lie.

I do know what Bella look like. Because Charlie gets a picture of her every year.

I haven't told either of them that I know them or Bella that I know what she looks like and boy let me tell you I have the biggest crush on her.

Sure girls ask me out, but I tell them no because I'm taken. What they don't know won't kill them.

I was finally in study hall and I opened my text message from Bella.

Bella: I was just beat up. James held my arms behind me and Victoria just kept hitting me.

Why do they keep doing this to her. I can't understand this.
