Space, where some look up to and count the millions upon billions of stars that illuminate it. The feeling of serenity is given when looking up at the night sky. However, what they don't know is that there is a war raging on up in the darkness. A war between light and dark.

"My lord, my scouts have reported seeing the guardian board a Fallen ketch in Earth a couple of days ago." A raspy voice told.

"Did they track where exactly he was going?" Another voice responded, much deeper and toneless.

"That's the thing my lord, the ketch blew up shortly after taking off with the guardian inside of it. His light signature faded from the Cosmodrome and from this system as a whole." They informed.

There was a moment of uncomfortable silence. The two individuals where now shown to be in a room that served as a throne room, yet lacked a throne. The room was made out of a hard chitin, matching the aesthetic of the two individuals. Eventually, the silence was broken by the king.

"Drakon, you must be tired from your mission because you seem to be forgetting one of my rules." The tall creature said while continuing to look out into space.

"B-But my lord!" He was quickly silenced.

"Get Silver to hunt the guardian down. I want humanity's best weapon at my feet." Growled the king.

"...yes my lord." Drakon responded with annoyance before walking out of the room.

There was yet again a moment of silence before the king spoke out loud.

"And to think that the Traveler would possibly lose it's weapon at the blink of an eye fills me with astonishment, yet I can sense a so very dim signature of you being alive along with that curse you hold within. Just you wait Guardian as I shall drain you of light." He said before closing his eyes.

The Dreadnought's halls all were identical to each other. Bonepiles with worms digging through them, chains, and just about anything to scare off the feeble minded. However, the Hive were far from that.

The now revealed Hive Knight now known as Drakon was walking through these halls. He was rather tall for a knight but slightly shorter than Crota by a couple of inches. His chitin has a discolored mix of red and orange with his eyes being a piercing green. He had a chain whip around his waist that he used as a weapon if he ever did get into combat, which was getting rarer by the day with Oryx' new toy, Silver.

Silver is a guardian, but what makes him interesting is that he was incubated by Oryx using his dark and mysterious teachings. The process gave him much needed upgrades, such as the ability to tap into the darkness, but at the cost of his memory as a true light bearer.

Walking around a corner, Drakon reaches Silver's "room." He was locked up in a cell with runes on the door to prevent him from breaking out, if he were to chose to.

"Oí! If it ain't big ugly numero dos!" The voice of the dark guardian rang greeted.

"Hello Silver." Drakon greeted with annoyance,

"What'd ya need done today?" He said with enthusiasm in his voice.

"My Lord wants you to track down the Traveler's weapon." Drakon said as he removed the runes.

The atmosphere almost immediately changed inside the cell. The temperature began to rise and the air gained a slight mist with black particles going into the cell.

Looking in, Silver had a taken aura around his body. It didn't cover all his body, it was more of a thin goo on certain areas of his body, so Th the more concentrated amount gathering at his chest.
