"You love her, don't you?" Priska giggled over the phone. "I could see it in the way you kept looking at her when you thought she wasn't looking."
"What are talking about?" Even though he pretended not to know, he was smiling idiotically.
"I'm your mother, sweetie, I see these things," Priska have a slight pause. "Where's she?"
"She's sleeping, mom. And I just called to thank you for inviting us over, Rosaline really enjoyed it." Brad sighed aloud.
"We liked having her too. You too. At least there's hope for grandchildren now."
She never disappoints! "Bye, mom!"
"I love you, son!"
"I love you too even though you drive me nuts!"
Priska laughed and hung up.
He quickly showered and slipped in bed behind Rosaline, who snuggled in closer, pressing into Brad's growing crotch.
It wasn't long that they both were flying towards climax. They were insatiable and had decided to use what time they had left.
Yes, they were moving way too fast it scared them both. Clearly they hadn't planned to, but each kept quiet wanting to enjoy the two weeks before Brad's departure. For Brad, leaving was for the best so he'd sort out the mess that was his feelings. He felt strongly for Rosaline but was still trying to decipher what it was he felt because it was strong and immediate and...well, strong. Rosaline on the other hand was torn. Part of her wanted a little bit longer with Brad because she too felt something for Brad. In the short space of time in his home, she felt comfortable, not only with Brad but his staff also. They were all great people and she didn't want to think about how she'll live without them when she left. What she had with Brad was just a fling that would last for a mere two weeks.
She snuggled closer, as if the close proximity will halt the frenzy in her mind, and felt Brad stiffen. Something was eating at him, and she hadto find out what it was. Jist as she began asking, he spoke.
"Rosaline!"
He was detached. Very detached.
Duh! He clearly regrets what happened between the two of you. Oh, wait! He has someone he loves!
Rosaline didn't understand why the thought of Brad loving someone tore at her heart so. I mean, she entered into whatever this was with eyes wide open. Knowing quite well this was just one of those 'while it lasts' kind of relationships.
"Rosaline Paige!"
Turning to face him, she managed to keep the hurt from showing. Over the years she'd been quite good at masking her face. "What's the problem, Doctor Joseph?"
"Don't you want to come with me?" Desperation put an edge to his voice. He wanted to sort outhis feelings, yet he couldn't stand to part with her. Not yet.
Of all... Of all things, Rosaline did not for a second think Brad was going to ask her to leave with him!
Hand on his stubbled jaw, Rosaline said, "I'll be fine, doctor." As Brad went to argue, she gently continued, "At least settle in first."
"I'll call you as often as possible," he shifted closer. "And don't tell me you'll be fine. I'm the doctor here, not the other way round."
That made her laugh. He wouldn't have had the nice trip knowing that he left her in a bad mood. Not that his trip was going to be nice, either way, just endurable.
"Let's go to sleep, doc. We still have two weeks together," she leaned closer in his arms, laying her head on his chest and enjoying the bliss that was his warm body.
