:: Chapter 10::

August POV

I woke up around 1:30 and took a shower. And I decided to go see Mia, I know she's probably mad at me but hopefully not for long. So after I showered, brushed my teeth, & got dress, I was out the door. On the way to Tamia's house I stopped at Waffle House & got us breakfast. I knew that it would help her go easy on me, the girl loves food & she loves it even more now that's she pregnant. I arrived at Mia's house & braced myself for whatever she was gonna throw at me.

Tamia POV

I didn't go out today I stayed in cleaned & got my baby boy's room together. I was about to get me a snack but I heard a knock.. I opened the door to the one & only August.

Me: Wow nice to see your alive.

Aug: Well hello to you too.

Me: Uhm.

Aug: Whatcha been up to Ma?

Me: Nothing much just getting my sons room together & cleaning the house nothing big ya know.

Aug: Ohhh dang, I'm sorry Mia I forgot I was suppose help with baby boy's room. I really am I just got caught up.

Me: Really Aug? Caught up? You promised! Like come on man I can't do it all on my own. And you TOLD me out of your mouth that you was gonna help! But where we're you? huh?

Aug: Look baby I know. And that's why I came today to apologize & help you. I don't even plan on gonna back home today. It's all about you. Whatever you wanna do.

I just looked at him to see if he was serious... And he actually was. I can't never stay mad August. I have a weakness for him.

Me: Okay I forgive you. Now can you please help me finish baby boy's room?

He chuckled "Yes, come on.

We went into my sons room, finally ready to actually finish it. I was really excited. It's hitting me that I'm about to be a mother.. My son is almost here. 😳👼

Next day..

August & I finished baby boy's room. And that whole day we chilled & enjoyed each other. And it felt amazing.

Today we decided to go to the fair, I mean I just can't sit in the house anymore & I can't take this big belly either. They say walking & other things will help Induce Labor.

I got up showered, brushed my teeth, and got dressed. I put on a plain tee, joggers, & my Roshe's. It's too hot to be getting all cute especially with this big ass belly. Now I was waiting on August to finish getting dress. So I went and got a snack.

Aug: You ready Ma?

Me: Yep, let's go!

Once we got in the car we were off. It wasn't far from where I lived, so we was there it about 10 minutes.
I hopped out the car too excited!

August got out laughing at me..

Aug: Calm down Ma it's just the fair.

Me: Aug you just don't know. It's hell being pregnant. I mean no clubs, no sex, no fun period. You get my point.

Aug: yeah I get ya point. Now come on.

He grabbed my hand & we got a wristband. And searched for a ride. It didn't take me long to find the biggest roller coaster.

Me: Ooo! Aug let's go on that.

He looked at me fool. "Mia are you crazy girl 1. You are not about to have that baby on that ride. 2. You see how big that shit is?!

I laughed " Boy I'll be find & you know I'm trying to induce my labor. And it's not that big, unless your just scared..."

He looked around " Who me? Scared? Baby you must not know I'm a August Alsina I ain't scared of a damn thing. Let's go. "

We got in line which didn't take long to move. After standing there for like 15 minutes. We got on. I started looking at how high this joker actually was. But I wasn't gonna back out now. A few minutes later it started moving... aw shit. August looked at me and smirked. I was gonna say something but the ride took off. This thing was going hella fast & it was actually fun. It went up, down, around, loops, it did everything.

The ride was over, and I felt fine. Aug kept asking me did my water break and to my luck it didn't. We got on more rides & then sat down and ate. I got a turkey leg, donuts, lemonade, & chicken tenders. Don't judge me I love food.

Aug: Damn Mia you gonna share?

I wanted to shock August in his damn face. He know damn well I wasn't sharing. Tf?

Me: Keep trying me! You know your ass ain't getting nothing.

Aug: Baby why not? Sharing is caring you know..

Me: So I'm not sharing.

I ate my tenders, my donuts, half of my turkey leg & my lemonade. I was getting nice enough to give August the rest if my turkey leg.
I asked Aug could we walk around a lil more & he agreed. We stopped at a game spot.

Me: Aug I wanna play.

Aug: you sure you can make all those shots?

Me: I got this. Just watch.

Me: Hey how much for a round?

Guy: $5

I have him a five & started playing I missed them on purpose and paid for another round.

Aug: Mia come you don't wanna waste your money.

The guy laughed " Yeah you might wanna give up."

Me: Oh you think I can't do it?

Guy: I didn't say that. But from the the looks of it you can't.

Me: How about this if I make all the shots I get all of the money you made tonight plus a big bear. Deal?

I thought about it for a minute.

Guy: Deal.

I smirked & went to work. I made shot after shot & I won. August stood there laughing at the guys face. It was priceless.

Me: Pay up.

He gave me the money & bear.

Guy: Hell nah that ain't fair. You played me!

I laughed

Aug: Nah homie she played fair and square. You just lost ya money don't be mad.

We walked away before he could say anything. And as we were walking I felt I sharp pain in my stomach, & before you knew it my pants were wet...

Me: Aug my water just broke!
