3rd POV As Tevin was swirled into the vortex, his mind was wondering.. Why.. Why did he let his guard down when he defeated Theodore. He let gravity take control of him as his eyes began to close.
Tevin Hayabusa: "Father... I'm sorry. I failed!" *kept on falling in and out of consciousness *
As the vortex closed, he lands on solid ground when he fell on the road. However, his body was not of a 23 year old young man but now it had changed into a 14 year old boy. Onlookers were wondering why this kid was laying down there on the streets. Possibly a poor kid with no life and no family.
Tevin Hayabusa Thinking: 'Ugh! What happened? W-where am I?' *slowly placing his hand on the concrete and trying to stand up * 'This looks like Japan but it feels different... The Regent! Dammit! They sent me here. And the Makimono.. Itself its used up. So no matter what I do to get back to my reality, it will not allow me to do so. Looks like I'll have to live here until then.' *holding on to my right shoulder and opening my eyes slightly *
As he began to walk with the crowd, he forgot that he was still in his Dragon Ninja uniform. Deciding to hide behind a tree, he place two fingers in his palm of his left hand as his other fingers were there, he concentrated on his attire and... POOF! A cloud of smoke appears and Tevin is now sporting a new outfit. He wears a black V neck t-shirt, red and black plaid shirt, dark blue denim jeans, and black converse sneakers. His hair was tied up in a ponytail as the strands of hair was on his face. But as he was about to leave, he turned around to a fountain and saw his reflection. No longer sporting a beard and mustache, his face was resembled as a teenager in his middle school years.

Tevin Hayabusa: *gasps as he looks at himself * Thinking: 'WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WHEN THAT FOOL USED THE MAKIMONO?! Did that vortex changed me after I was hurled into it?! Just what in the Sam Hill is going on?! I got to find a place to stay or to get some rest..' *broken out of his train of thought, he heard sirens and a blazing fire near the city* 'Looks like that has to wait for now. I better see what is going on around there.' *still equipped with his Dragon Ninja Sword and Shūrikens in his holster *
Tevin began to run to the incident that occurred in the city better known as Musutafu.
Izuku's POV I wanted to be a hero. A hero who can save everyone with a smile. But All Might was right. Even if I tried, I cannot become a hero without a quirk. As I was walking back home to mom, I heard and saw fire coming from the city of Musutafu.
Izuku: "W-What is going on in Musutafu? Could it be another villain attack? Kacchan... KACCHAN!!" *running to the scene of the battle that may be his chance to prove his worth*

As the two young men reached the city, a crowd of people who were witnessing a group of heroes standing there with no way to stop a villain who is holding a hostage and that hostage was none other than an ash blonde haired teen name Katsuki Bakugō. Izuku was adamant about his former childhood friend's safety and Tevin was now disappointed in the fact no one is going to risk their lives to save the kid from a Sludge villain.
