Chapter 2: Twisted world

  The mysterious men walked through the castle and I immediately stopped him.

Rayven: What brings you here?

I gave him a stern look.

Reo: I'm here to visit the princess.

Rayven: She isn't here.

Reo: Oh really? Where is she?

Rayven: She's in the hospital.

Reo: Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope she's doing well.

  His eyes were giving me a fake worried look and it made me more suspicious.

"Who is this man?"

Reo: Which hospital is she in and what room?

Rayven: That remains unanswered.

I give him a dark look

"what is he planning to do with her?*

Rayven: You May leave the palace.

  I saw the men smirking and starts walking away. He honestly makes me irritated. I just want to tear off that smirk of his.

  I start walking behind him and take off his hood and I see his revealed face. Shock entered my body. Seeing his face again was a great torture to my mind and heart. I never really thought I would see him again.

Reo: We meet again

I take out my sword to defend myself.

  Reo just smirked at me and suddenly vanished in a second.

Rayven: I need to stop him!

[Later in Nemi]

Sora: How do I escape from this kingdom and wash my name off?

  I walked back in forth in my room trying to think of a solution but in the end I couldn't come up with anything. No matter how hard I tried I still can't seem to come up with a plan.

  I heavily sighed and just decided to go to the forest to make myself calm.

  The forest always calms me down because I have some friends to cheer me up. I made my first friend in the forest after I was thrown there.

  During that night I saw an abandoned horse who was too weak to even stand. Apparently his blood sugar was very low and had some scars that still remained unanswered. I tried finding food for him and for myself. In the end I was able to only feed him rather than myself. I didn't want to steal goods so I tried finding something valuables to trade. Finding things valuable was impossible so I was starving myself.

  Some day later I met a boy named Hiroyuki. He suddenly came to me and fed me food and washed me. He would come back and forth to meet me when everyone was sounded asleep. We soon got very close to each other and the abandoned horse was finally healthy.

  A few weeks later he said his goodbyes and moved away.

  I let my horse stay in the forest since he likes it there and doesn't feel alone.

  I took a deep breath and exited the castle. I look straight and saw a lot of people from the Haru clan.

"Why are they suddenly here?"

People: HOW DARE YOU! DO YOU THINK YOU'LL BE FORGIVEN?! DON'T THINK THAT WE'LL EASILY FORGIVE YOU?!

  They started throwing objects at me and destroying things outside the building. I cover my face with my hands backing away to the door of the castle. I made a small gap with my two fingers and saw that the other people were about to destroy the most important flower to me.

  The flower that Kiko gave me before I stopped visiting her. It was a "primrose".

I ran to the flower and protected it.

  I don't want these to be destroyed because it gives me comforting memories of her. Without these flowers I feel like the bridge of my life has been broken.

  These flowers give me hope to have a chance to be with Kiko. Kiko the one who made me love again....

[In the hospital]

  After seeing Reo's face I decided to go visit Kiko again and be by her side till she wakes up.

Rayven: Why do I always fail to protect you? I wish you can look at me with those loving eyes just like how you look at Sora. I should have taken the advantage of being with you. What makes Sora so better than me?

  I look down on my hands as they were shaking and I sighed looking at you.

  The doctor than came and put a new bandage on her stomach and gave her vitamins for her body not to starve.

Doctor: Your visiting time is up. We'll give you a letter when we start treating her again, alright?

  The doctor smiled and I nod, leaving the building.

  Once I got out of the building I head to the village and go to my favorite tree that reminds me of Meeji.

  We both hanged out when we had time and made each laugh with lame jokes.

*Chuckles while thinking of the memories*

  I finally found the tree of my memories and saw the people cutting it down and I try stopping them.

Rayven: Don't!

  People noticed my presence and started taking action by throwing things at me that was close to their way.

  I use my shield to block any object and push the people away from the tree.

People: YOU USELESS, HEARTLESS PERSON! NOW WE'LL NEVER GET THE TASTE OF FREEDOM! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE RULES?!

  They kept yelling and saying things to put me down. This gave me a hint that the obstacles of my life will only worsen. My situation will soon peril.

People: BOW DOWN AND OBEY US! YOU USELESS RAT!

  I finally got to see their unhygienic behavior more clearly.

  I didn't think they would behave in this type of way.

  I look at my hand shaking with great fear. I try calming myself down and hope not to get severely hurt by them.

  Just as I was backing away I saw Reo smirking at me from far.

People: WE SAID TO BOW DOWN!

  Someone pushed my head to the floor and made me bow down.

"I need to escape."
