Chapter 4

Today was a new day for Akali, She was completely new to this Prestigious college. While the young rogue still had a few friends with her, the female couldn't help but have a single thought hanging in the back of her mind.

Evelynn

Try as Akali might, She couldn't get her former friend out of her mind.

As Akali watched the sunlight light the room ever so slightly, she groaned and reluctantly threw off her covers and got out of bed.

That girl she saw yesterday had such a strong resemblance to Evelynn that she couldn't get the idea out of her mind.

Rummaging through her dresser, The redhead grabbed an oversized hoodie, plain spaghetti strap, and dark denim jeans.

She glanced at herself in the mirror while moving around her small room. It wasn't as organized as her roommate; Nidalee. 

Light snoring could be heard from the room nearby. Tiptoeing silently, Akali made her way to the bathroom and shut the door.

She wouldn't let anything bother her today, classes were ready in 3 hours but there was one thing the redhead had to do.

'Video games!'

Akali thought to herself while stripping down and pressing her clasped hands over her chest.

The room had quite the chilling feeling, something she honestly despises.

Akali turned on the shower as hot water shot from the faucet above the small, one-person glass shower.

As the steam filled her lungs, a sense of tranquility filled the young girl while getting into the shower. Her body became soaked in an instant.

Akali ran her colored fingernails through her hair before scrubbing herself down.

She was forgetting the problems that awaited her throughout today. That being making friends, classes and finally meeting the mysterious girl she accidentally hurt the other day. She needed to properly apologize properly to the girl.

Giving a quick nod to the many thoughts in her head, Akali began scrubbing her hair and rinsed off.

Hopping out of the shower and quickly drying, Akali threw on her attire and ran back to her room. 

The female flopped into a beanbag chair and turned on the small HD TV in front of her with a large grin.

Akali was quite a lover of video games, She mostly preferred first-person shooters because she'd always loved being challenged by people's skills.

She hummed while lifting up the slim black controller belonging to her console as the room was filled with Blue light.

Akali squinted as she was still adjusting to the brightness.

She slid a disk into the device as the game began to load on the screen. With that, the title 'Overwatch' appeared.

Akali giggled happily. As complicated as the game was, Akali loved the thrill of how such a game worked.

She looked through her character skins and admired the designs happily. 

Despite being a former Street performer, Akali would always love video games with a passion.

Evelynn herself had quite the rude awakening as she'd awoke to something obviously going wrong in the kitchen.

The voice of a panicked girl echoed through the entire dorm.

A loud crash was heard followed by the ringing of metal rolling across the floor.
