Demon (King x Ban)

Sickness

It was dark, and really warm. It was hot, very hot. It felt as if you were burning, the ground underneath him was cold, though. It was an odd felling, being so hot on a cold floor.

King sat up, squinting. He glanced around, see small objects that were really far away moving about, doing something. They looked like ants.

"You should be very honoured to be allowed to lay on the floor I've walked on." A voice said, ringing in Kings head.

"Who are you?" King asked, looking around for the owner of the voice.

"The demon king." Was the given answer.

"But who is the demon king, and what does he want from me?" King hissed, the demon king chuckled. It was a deep, booming noise.

"The demon king is the God of the underworld, and he wants your power." He answered, King bit his lip, and the he heard an odd, loud popping noise. And suddenly, Meliodas was standing before King.

"King!" Meliodas shouted, helping King up.

"Captain, how are you here?" King asked in shock.

"You got your friend to 'kill' you just so you could come here?" The demon king hissed.

"Yes, because King is also my friend and I'll do anything to protect him." Meliodas glared into the darkness. "So what form have you taken now?"

A female stepped out of the shadows, she was skinny, tall, with long black hair. The worst part, was her red eyes. She smiled at Meliodas, and King realized that this was the demon King.

"How do I look, son?" He asked, Meliodas glared at him. "Whatever, let fight? What do you say?"

"Fine." Meliodas grunted, a sword appearing in his hand as he swung at his father instantly. The demon king blocked easily.

"How are you feeling?" Bailey asked Alexis.

"Not any better, probably worst." Alexis groaned, pain shooting through her body. She had recently grown sick, the cause of this of unknown. And Bailey was terrified of what the outcome of this would be.

"You'll make it." Spike smiled, Alexis nodded slowly. Light was staring off into space, while Raven, who had recently started hanging with Alexis, Bailey, Spike and Light, was just sitting in a chair, silently.

"Bailey!" Alexis suddenly shouted, and Bailey blinked a bunch of times. "You did it again, don't use that power."

"Sorry, can't help it." Bailey said, her eyes flashing red. She did this when she was stressed or worried, and just like this sickness, they didn't know what the red eyes were, only that they weren't good.

"Alexis, your power level is lowering." Light blurted, and he gasped, tears in his eyes.

"What!?" Bailey shouted in shock, fear etched onto her face. Raven flinched.

"We have visitors." Raven growled, and she ran downstairs. Bailey stayed with Alexis while everyone else went outside.

"We're here for the fairies, so the rest of you can go away." The man growled, and one of Ravens lions jumped in front of him and his two companions.

"He told you, to go away!" The female standing behind him yelled, she sent the lion flying. Bailey, who had flown out the window, caught the lion before he could hit the ground.

She placed the lion on the ground, flying back inside. Light hissed, spinning around and blocking a blow from the female who had sent Ravens lion flying. She had appeared behind him, and then she was over his head, swinging a sword. She just missed when Spike body checked him out of the way, but then she was gone, suddenly standing over Spike and Light. She went to stab Light, but he shouted and she flew backwards, stumbling but landing on her feet.
