So I had to write a myth for my English 3 class and I thought it was pretty good. So I'm going to share it with you guys. I hope you enjoy it guys. I'm thinking of making this a longer story in yet another book. It will still be a short story. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while school is keeping me busy and I know that is absolutely NO excuse but I'm gonna make up for it this weekend. Here it is!!!!
There was a great dragon called Sora. He was kind. He was fair. One day the earth started to quake and dreadful monsters became aware. So he went to the great water people for help. The great water people's leader said, "My people will be there." and he had their assistance. He went to the earthen folk. He inquired from them and an alliance was born. He went to the people of fire and his army now became complete.
The monsters arose from their dwellings and the war raged. On so the battle went and it seemed like hope was lost. But came a small being yet to be seen before. She was a huntress of great power. Her name was Romina. On so the battle grew and the hope was restored. They fought with vigor and strength. Waiting for the battle to be done.
But still, it went for days ongoing and raging. The people still breathing and yet they were breaking. Monsters consumed and people fading fast. The huntress and dragon were all that's left except for a few. More semed to appear out of thin air. From where they weren't quite aware. With the true elements gone and them by their lonesome, they seem to think was it their air. So they glimpse to the heavens all the while fighting. Sure enough, it was there from where they appeared.
The dragon pleaded "Save this world for I beg you. They are what's here and rightfully so. Take my heart and place this spell. The heart stronger than stone maybe more so. Place a barrier. Surround and protect. Give this life to protect so many. Spell this world and keep it safe. So be done and now take place."
Romina agreed and so she did. She placed the barrier as was said. So the hero bloomed with mighty agony and he died to give his world the peace it deserved. The barrier named after him as he is down in history. The hero's story told with great passion. Never forgotten and so the sky got its place.
