First day.

What would you expect majority in IT world are men.

Unang pinagawa sa akin is to research about emails, spammer, phishing, spamvertise, scam, and flow of the email.

Bakit tempting yung invitation nila? Because they said there's no growth in here but it is a good start, it is a good stepping stone. Encouraging right? Agree ba?

Well for you to know, marami pa sila sinabi.

With all those stories I have heard, I didn't give up. I didn't quit the job, I gave it a try. If what they said is true then I will leave.

Months has passed, I'm interested of what were doing. Challenging for me as it is more of decision making. A decision that will make your customers safe to the attackers (hackers) Curiosity is filling in as I wanted to know how it works and for the first time I learned that there's a position like this.

Confusing of what position I am in? Well, wala ka mahahanap na gnaito sa internet lalo na kung wala ka background about it. The position is Abuse and postmaster role accounts. Meaning, they are one of the most important internet-standard methods used by mailbox providers, customers, and others to ask questions, report abuse, or send notifications to senders.

Complicated parin?

So ayun na nga, things are getting really interesting. I learned a lot.

You know what's cool about this? You tend to have a challenge in understanding on back-end process of all the emails we use.

I mean, malalaman mo kung paano natatag as SPAM ang isang email. Why the emails are going to junk folders. And what's more interesting is what were the error codes you are receiving when the email won't send.

There's a term that they call bounce back error message when the emails are not being sent to you or to your receiver.

As I learn the process and procedure of their business, I enjoy working, I thought of staying longer. I am learning a lot.

But of course, hindi lahat ng pagkakataon ay masaya lang. So here comes the test, test of how strong you can hold on.
