Kim Taehyung sat next to Jimin on his couch, they had been meeting in secret often trying to piece together the puzzle of who the Yello Canary is " I know who the Canary is" they both said at the same time. They both gasped looking at the other " you go first" Taehyung nodded " I saw the video, so I went to find you I saw you come out of the bathroom they were laughing at you and saying horrible disgusting things when I saw you sprint off. I turned to follow you but then I noticed a lone figure leaning up against the lockers with a huge smile on her face I was confused why she would be smiling at a time like this, she followed you so I followed her when you were hit by the car she laughed and clapped her hands I realized she is insane, she is insane and has everyone fooled" Jimin nodded his head " after I was hit by the car I was in so much pain my eyes were blurry but my hearing was heightened. I could hear this maniacal laughter it sounded so familiar then I remembered this girl that I had gone to school with back in Busan, she had a huge crush on one of the Football players, actually more like an obsession, well turns out he had a thing for me and asked me to Homecoming I turned him down. That night he attempted suicide, she showed up the next day and flipped out when she heard the news she stood in the middle of the hall laughing manically as tears streamed down her face two teachers had to drag her to the office, we never saw her again."
They made a plan " spread the word to all of Jungkook's fangirls that he is going to be dancing a solo after school and they can come to watch. I will get my friends and meet you there" Taehyung nodded " she will show up since it involves Jungkook" Jimin nodded " Jimin you need to be careful she's obviously mentally unstable" Jimin sighed " I want to end this and there will be a room full of people I doubt she will try anything, but just in case film everything" Taehyung sighed and hugged him "your blue eyes are really pretty" Jimin gasped he isn't wearing his contacts he hadn't been wearing them since he hadn't been going to school.
Jimin missed the real him he is so tired of pretending to be someone he isn't. Jimin will reveal his secret before she could and take her down in the process " Tae do you know how to dye hair?" Tae laughed " I do my own hair so yeah, why do you want to dye your hair?" Jimin laughed " yes, I'm tired of hiding who I am" he told Tae about his secret, Tae laughed " this will be interesting let's go to the store and get some supplies then we can watch a movie while I do your hair" Jimin laughed at his excitement.
Tae drove to the beauty supply store and helped Jimin pick out a shade of blonde, after getting everything they needed they headed back to Tae's car "let's get a bucket of chicken and some smoothies" they drove to a local chicken place and ordered a large bucket of extra crispy chicken and a blueberry smoothie for Tae sour apple for Jimin. They headed back to Jimin the mouth-watering scent of fried chicken filling the car and making their mouths water in anticipation, a few minutes later they pulled into the driveway and climbed out Jimin grabbed his hair supplies and drinks while Tae grabbed the chicken.
Jimin unlocked the door and walked in followed by Tae they made a beeline to the kitchen setting everything on the counter, after washing their hands Jimin grabbed a couple of napkins and his smoothie the bucket of chicken and headed into the living room sitting on the floor in front of the couch he sat the chicken on the coffee table in front of him Tae grabbed his drink and followed " what do you want to watch?" Tae's face lit up " Aquaman, Jason Momoa is freaking hot" his eyes widened in shock as he realized what he had said his face slowly turning red " Jimin giggled "if it makes you feel any better I'm gay" Tae's face lit up " really! Me too" he hugged Jimin tightly " I knew there was a reason I wanted to help you, your so nice and cool you've become my best friend" Jimin smiled brightly at the compliment " your my best friend too, thank you so much for being here for me I think I would be really miserable if you weren't here" they forgot about choosing a movie and talked as they ate.
Tae glanced repeatedly at Jimin finally he sighed and said " Jimin, can I tell you something?" Jimin nodded taking a sip of his smoothie " you can tell me anything" Tae smiled " I get this funny feeling in my stomach when I'm around you and I don't know if it's just because we are such good friends or if I like you so I was wondering if I could kiss you" Jimin is surprised but understood he felt the same way he was always so excited to be around Tae but Jungkook was always in the back of his mind even though he had severed ties with him he still thought about him all the time which pissed him off maybe if he felt a spark with Tae he could move on and once and for all get over Jungkook. Jimin wiped his mouth with a napkin and leaned over kissing Tae softly, suddenly they both laughed shaking their heads " that was just weird" Tae said " I agree we are just friends, I feel like I just kissed my brother" Jimin nodded in agreement. They continued to talk long into the night solidifying a friendship that would last a lifetime
