Y/n awoke from her deep sleep. She very slowly slipped from underneath her bedsheets, which were decorated with red and white mints.

After getting dressed, y/n switched her TV on, watching the news. She ignored it at first, writing new ideas and flavours in her candy diary that it until she heard the name 'willy wonka' come from her TV. Her ears perked up and she smiled.

The news reporter spoke loud and clear, "I am happy to report that Mr.Wonka will be hiding five golden tickets under five regular wonka bars. They could be in any shop, in any state or in any country."

'A chance to meet Willy Wonka? Yes please!' She thought to herself. Was she allowed in on her own or did she need a child? That didn't matter. Y/n marched round to her cousin's house.

When she arrived, she knocked on the door and waited patiently for someone to open it. Y/n was soon greated with the face of Mr and Mrs. Bucket. "Hello!" She said, showing her award winning smile and her perfect teeth. "Can I see Charlie please?"
"O..of course!" Mrs.Bucket says, stepping aside, making room for y/n to step inside. Charlie looked over at the door as it shut and saw y/n stood there. He grinned and ran over to her, hugging her. "Hello Charlie," she giggled, slowly breaking the hug.

They both walked over to the small, fragile, static TV. Mrs.Bucket was messing with the diles, trying to get a connection. Suddenly, a chubby boy flashed on screen holding a golden ticket. Underneath it said "breaking news: first golden ticket found."
'That was fast,' y/n thought to herself.
"Anyway Charlie," she turned to him. "How would you feel if you got a golden ticket?" Y/n asked him, curious. "I would be happy." He replied, shrugging.

"Why?"
"Because I would get to meet Mr.Wonka of course!" He exclaims, excited.
Y/n scoffs sarcasticly "But you're not excited to see me?!" She pretends to be offended. "Of course I am!" He frowns.

Y/n stayed for a couple of hours, catching up and chatting. When Mrs.Bucket mentioned lunch, which was cabbage soup, she decided to leave. On the way back to her factory she thought all about how Charlie's face would look and how much excitement it would display if he had one of those golden tickets. She could only wish.

As she reached her factory, there on the floor, covered in small specks of snow, lay a wrapped wonka bar and a small note. She was confused but picked up the note anyway. It read, "Hello, are we competing or do you want to be a team?"
'What on earth?' She thought, picking up the wonka bar. She unwrapped it carefully. To her surprise, she saw a small sparkle. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach as she rushed to get the rest of the wrapper off.

It was a golden ticket for sure, but who had put it there? She looked around. It was about 1am and no one was about. 'Strange' She thought unlocking the main door.

Nonetheless, she was extremely happy that she had gotten a golden ticket and that she could invite Charlie in the morning but for now, she needed rest.
