Jungkook's POV

I can actually hear birds chirping! Amazing!

I turned over and watched Hyerin sleeping, she really is an astounding beautiful person, thinking about last night...it went really well. He also knew that it was time for he and Hyerin to start to take their rightful place at the top of Seoul society, they both had roles to fill and it was time to start working for their future.

Hyerin could sense a change in Jungkook almost as soon as they got off the plane. He walked purposefully to their limo and got in, letting the chauffeur get Hyerin in the car. He was silent or on his phone the whole way home, he actually did not go home with her...they dropped him off at his office.

As the car came to a stop he leaned over and kissed Hyerin on the cheek, his eyes not meeting hers and said,

"I will probably be late, don't wait up for me." Then he just got out of the car, the car pulling away as he walked into the building.

Hyerin sat stunned and still in the back of the car, not moving until it pulled up at their new home. She jerkily got out of the car and looked up at the imposing facade and took a deep breath, it seemed a very foreboding place to enter alone. Little did she realize how alone she would be.
