The darkness of night, no moon, pitch black, you can't see a thing... or it's just the fact that Will's eyes are closed... or because he's asleep, one or the other. Will had been having trouble sleeping lately, and feeling a bit anxious and paranoid. In the middle of the night Will becomes a bit restless while sleeping rolling over and kinda bouncing in his bed, until he eventually wakes up... but to a buzz on the radio. Will rubs his eyes and walks over to the radio.

"H-... hello...?" Will says, barely awake.

"Say pal, looks like you're not having the best of times!" A voice on the radio says. Naturally, Will slaps himself to wake himself up and picks up the radio.

"And... and you would be...?" Will asks, rubbing his eyes with one of his hands, holding the radio loosely in the other.

"That's not important pal! What's important is that I can give you an adventure!" The voice says, causing Will's head to perk up, "oh! Interested are we?"

"Yes, yes very, what kind of adventure? Fantasy? Wild West? Science fiction?"

"I won't say much about it, it would spoil the surprise, point is, it's an adventure! And I'm sure you'd love it" the voice seems to chuckle. Will immediately runs over to his closet and puts on a fresh outfit, throwing his pajamas on his bed, and grabbing a peculiar 4 items. Will grabs a specific hat, bandana, thin cloth, and a strange purple pair of glasses. The voice on the radio doesn't respond until Will says...

"Alright, I'm ready! Take me away to adventure!" Will says, holding his arms out, then putting both of them on his head, rubbing it, like he's trying to heal a headache. By Will's surprise 2 hands rise out of the floor, appearing to be made of shadows. Will's eyes widen, as the hands grab at him. Feeling their cold touch and sharp nails scratching his arms, he tries to break free from their grip. The only thing that Will hears as he tries to break free is the laughing of the man on the radio, "you utter imbecile!" It laughs, "I didn't think it'd be THAT easy to trick a 13 year old! They must be dumber than I remember!"

Will eventually breaks away from the hands and tries to run out the door, but to his displeasure, the hands grab his arms and pull him back, wrapping themselves around him, covering his mouth and eventually his eyes. Will doesn't see exactly what happens, he either blacked out or the hands were the ones making his vision black, but all he could hear was the laughing of the man on the radio. Only the laugh. Nothing more than the laugh. And as Will's hearing fades, he begins to close his eyes, hoping he doesn't die, but he doesn't know what's about to happen. A fate worse than death awaits him. A fate where he is destined to die again, and again, and again...
