It was finally Thanksgiving Day and Christina was lying in her bed, thinking about the past few days she's been here. It's been great hanging out with her parents and brother and at the time it seems like everything that happened before she left never did, but then she starts to think about Dean and she's pulled back into a grumpy mood. She saw that someone was jiggling the doorknob of her old bedroom. Her brother Tyler walked in with tentative smile on his face. "Hey NaNa," he greeted, crawling into the bed with his sister. "What's the matter?" Christina shook her head before snuggling into her brother's shoulder. She needed comfort so bad and her brother was always the best person to go to. "Oh come on NaNa," Tyler said, "It's Thanksgiving. You can't be sad on Thanksgiving." Christina gave a tiny shrug as the doorbell sounded. She would be in New York for four more days and she was determined to make the best of it. Dean was gonna be the least of her worries. "NaNa," Tyler said, nudging Christina, "Mom said someone's at the door for you." Christina frowned. Who on earth would want to see her? She got off the bed and headed into the living room with Tyler trailing right behind. She stopped in her tracks when she looked at the doorway. Dean smiled at her before dropping his suitcases and scooping her up in a hug. "Hey," Tyler greeted, outstretching hid hand for a shake. Dean shifted Christina to one of his hips like a baby and shook her brother's hand. He finally set her down and took both of her hands in his. "Can I talk to you in private?" he asked and Christina nodded, leading him into her bedroom. He closed the door behind them and let Christina sit him down. "I want to apologize for reacting the way I did. I should've let you explain, and I shouldn't have put my hands on you. I just got overly jealous seeing you with that guy. The truth is...I love you." Christina felt warm inside as she saw those three words come out of Dean's mouth. Dean stood up and placed a sweet and passionate kiss on her lips. "I...love...you...too," Christina said, saying each word carefully. Dean's eyes grew wide. This was the first time Christina ever talked and she used her first words to saw I love you to him. No words could describe how happy he was. He tackled her onto the bed and kissed her everywhere from her forehead to her collarbone. "Dinner's ready!" Christina's mom called out. Dean picked her up off the bed and carried her to the dining room. She gently placed her in a seat and kissed the top of her head before filling the spot next to her. "Is everything okay?" her father asked, averting his eyes from his daughter to Dean and back. Dean grabbed Christina's hand and gave it a squeeze under the table. "Everything's perfect," he answered, flashing Christina a grin, making her blush. "Well then let's dig in!" Tyler exclaimed. That was one of the best Thanksgivings Dean had ever had. It was the start of something new and Dean was gonna treat Christina like a queen. No one was gonna break them apart.
