(Babies & Toddlers do not apply in this guide as their schedule and behavior can change it prevent this schedule daily to fit their own desires.)

1) Make Breakfast suited to both you and your husband's taste.
If your husband leaves for work in the morning, get up an hour before he leaves to prepare a meal for him to take or eat quickly before leaving.
(Depending How Early He Leaves If You Have Children They May Be Able To Join You Both) If he doesn't work in morning then you'll be able to eat together with your children if you have any, at an appropriate time.)

2) Refresh Yourself. Take time
to take a shower to the temperature of your choice. Wear something comfortable to lounge in the house.
perhaps a light attire such as a robe,dress or oversized shirt with shorts or leggings.
(Getting properly dressed so early is unneeded unless you're going out of the house.)

Time to clean the house. A clean home is a happy and healthy home. Cleaning early is a good way to wake up as you must be tired.(Take At Least three ,one hour breaks that you divide equally to make cleaning less stressful)

3) Make the bed and draw back the curtains to let in sunlight.
(Sunlight has been proven to increase happiness in humans)

4) Clean up the kitchen and eating area. Wipe down counters  after spraying, clean inside and outside the fridge, discard any old or unneeded food, wipe inside and out of cupboards, rinse out sink,clean sink handle,clean microwave and any glass surfaces,wash any dishes and light a candle or use air freshener to set the mood. After you do all this now you must sweep and mop the kitchen.

5) Gather dirty clothes for washing in a basket or container.

6)Clean up living room area. Make sure to straighten items, dust and water any plants or feed any animals you may have.

7) Clean up the bedroom and dust if needed. Make sure no clutter is present.

8)Clean up the bathroom including refilling toilet paper, replacing dirty towels and mopping (if needed) and cleaning the sink area, bath tub, toilet bowl and lid,soap dishes and shower curtains.

9)Take out garbage and replace trash bag with a new one.

10) Use this time to check on your kids if you have any.

11) Make two lists. One list shall be for any cleaning products you need more of and the second shall a grocery list of food you need to purchase.

12)Open front door and swept dust from entrance out door off to side. Then shake door mat outside and sweep dust off it.

13) Vacuum and mop any other areas of your house not mentioned.

14) Rest until afternoon. You may go back to sleep or find something to leisure in until the afternoon hits.
