Episode 2: When There's A Will

[A/N: these chapters do not follow the canon show, the show has only reached the pilot and I don't know when the second episode will come or if there will be a second episode; all of these episodes or chapters are fan-made!]

Haruto woke up in cold sweat as the sound of echoing footsteps reached his ears, the footsteps were in the distance but loud enough to hear in his room. He slowly lays back down knowing who the footsteps belonged to.

Alastor...

The demon was only here in the hotel for a day and he was already having a habit of being awake at an ungodly time, much to Haruto's annoyance. He snuggled back to the deep red blankets of the bed, and closes his eyes.

He might as well sleep it off, Alastor might smash into his room if he got up late. Actually the Radio Demon could blast out his voice just to wake him up.

'Until tomorrow' Haruto mused, he closed his eyes and drifted into the void of darkness.

"GOOD MORNING LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! RUSE AND SHONE FOR A NEW DAY AT THE HOTEL-!"

"Ahhh!" Haruto screamed into his pillow, just has he feared. He slowly gets up form the bed and stretches and yawns, he slowly went into the bathroom to get ready.

He took a cold shower, washed his face and brushed his teeth; and kind of did his hair but knew it would be messy and wild at the end of the day. And put on his signature Sailor Fuka, and walked out the door.

He got downstairs to the lobby and say everyone still tired and agitated at being woken up like this, he sits next to Angel Dust and kept quiet until Alastor came.

Alastor creeps out the shadows still wearing that wide smile on his face, he claps two times to grab everyone's attention. Haruto looks over to the tall demon tired, he clears his throat and brings out a piece of paper.

"Now that everyone's here, we have a lot to do today before we officaly open up the hotel!" He could feel a sense of dread creep up, was this dude going to work their poor souls to the bone?

"Now I've organized a lovely list on what we are going to do today, now nifty was so kind enough to clean up the hotel over night!"

Everyone looks shocked by this, now nothing how spotless and clean the pace was; Haruto was indeed impressed by all of this.

"Now that the basic thing for the hotel is done with, I'm going to divide up all of you based on your skills and work ethics to see what job fits best for you!" Alastor gives them all a creepy grin, as if he knew already what good they could do for /him/the hotel.

There was a series of test, writing, reading, personality and atitude checks. How much patience they had, the list could go on for Alastor's perfect little plan.

At The end of it Haruto was chosen to work at the front desk, saying "My dear boy, your welcoming atitude could anyone feel right at home!"

"He's a pussy!, it's understandable!" Angel yells out, Haruto feels a slight itch crawl under his skin. Not only did he have to deal with rowdy demons and customers, but he and it put on a mask for the reputation of the hotel.

After that was over he walked out of the lobby and headed to the bar where Husk was lazing around at, when he reached the table and saw Husk sleeping with bottle around him; Haruto simply looks annoyed and bangs something against the table, hard.

Just wakes up with a start "Who-huh!? Oh shit..." He looks up to see Haruto and grumbles.

"What ya want? Ain't you on redemption?" Haruto's shakes his head "I'm not going through a relapse if that's what your thinking, I came here to chill out and get away form....Alastor" he whispered the demons name, but it was loud enough for Husk to hear; for his ears have perked up in interest.
