Trick or Treating Around The Downtown Block~chapter 2

"Ahhhhh!"
"Tony, Stop!" I yelled while he was smashing pillows on my face. "Mom told me to wake you up, and I did," he replied. I suddenly remembered about going to the Downtown fair with Celine, Celina, and Synthia. I quickly checked the time on my phone: '1:30'- I sighed in relieve, I still have time.

I put on a pair of ripped jeans and a short-sleeved shirt, with a puma sweatshirt on top, and some old pair of sneakers that still surprisingly fit me. I went down stairs to find my dad making full breakfast; lebane/zaytoon, megdoos, and eggs( sorry if you don't know what those are). "Good morning Tia," said my dad as he heard me walk into the kitchen. "Mornin, dad," I replied.

"I heard your mom talking about the fair. Celine is picking you up."

"Ok."

"What?!" My brother shouted angerly. "Yup, glad your not gonna go with me and ruin it all," I said in a relaxing tone. "MOM!!!!" He hollered in the loudest voice possible. "Tony, their all girls," mom said. "Hmph" sighed Tony.

Suddenly, I heard a honking noise from outside. "My ride is here!,"I said excitedly. I quickly grabbed everything I need, and got strait into Celine's car. Her sister, Nicole, was there too.  "Are you guys ready?" Celine's mom asked. "Yup," we all said.

"So, Tia, are you going to go Trick or treating?" Celine Asked. "Yea, I have my costume in my bag," I replied, " What are you going to be?" I asked. "I'm going to be a cat," she said, " How bout you?"

"I'm going to be a witch."

"Cool."

I was so exited, because since it's getting colder, it gets darker faster ; and when it gets darker, it gets better! Every year it would be the same thing ; the Morales twins would go ding-dong-ditching, Alex Figueroa and and Austin Shook would go steeling all the candy they could find, Oscar Cardoso, Pierre Daher, Reid Andrush, Braden Strohl, and Djbril Sylla would go scaring random people, etc....
