Quirk Explanation: The user has, you guessed it, parrot wings. The wings come out of the users back and is about the size of large angel wings (about five meters long, also you can choose what type of parrot the wings are from).
Strengths: The user can get to high areas and get out of reach by flying. The user also has the intelligence of a parrot, so the user is usually quite smart.
Weaknesses: Sometimes the users wings get in the way, and the user can get into small spaces very well. The user also gets back pain.
