Quirk Name: Ragdoll
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Explanation: The user can make a ragdoll that looks like another person out of a bit of that persons dna. (hair, blood, saliva ect.) When they move/control that ragdoll they can control that person and what they do, there is no way to get out of the users control.
Strengths: They have complete control over the person the ragdoll is made out of, they can stop any attacks coming towards them.
Weaknesses: They can only create two ragdolls at a time, they also get full body aches and hand cramps from making the ragdolls so quickly.
Hero/Villian Names: Ragdoll, Doll Maker
