"guys... do you believe in miracles?"
jungkook's eyes widen at the sentence that came from the girl looking straight into space.
"what?" taehyung slightly laughs.
adena looks at all of us, "you know... miracles. those events that happen without an explanation kind of thing." she asks again.
"are you okay? do you need water?" jimin laughs handing her a small glass of water.
she pouts, oh god. "i'm serious." she try's to hide her embarrassment. she's so damn cute.
"why do you ask?" i say, trying to stay calm.
"oh, just for a project." she stutters.
that's definitely a lie.
i nod looking at the ripped up packets of sugar.
"so namjoon's party, what time?" adena try's to change the subject noticing the tension she feels with the topic.
"oh yeah, it starts at 9, we can all go together." jungkook says still playing with the packets of sugar.
everyone nods and starts talking about yet another project.

"i swear she knows!" jungkook grips his hair in frustration.
jimin and taehyung look at each other in fear. "jungkook why are you so mad?" taehyung asks sitting down on the couch next to jimin.
"adena remembers!" he slightly raises his voice. "sorry, didn't mean to yell." he adds.
the two boys nod but still look in confusion. "how do you know?"
"when she asked that miracles question, i asked her that... well before." he says
"jungkook you're not making sense. didn't you say when that whole thing happened it was during your senior year of highschool, why would it be happening during your second year in university?" jimin says.
"i don't know, but i swear she knows... or she's starting to remember. this whole thing doesn't make any sense!" he says shoving his face into a pillow.
"okay calm down, maybe it really is just for a project." taehyung he says patting the boys back.
"i just hope things don't repeat itself."
