'What did I ever do to deserve this!? I have to fight Maki, you can't really tell when she was wearing the orange jumpsuit but she's pretty built!'- Maki
To bring you up to speed Maki just got done whipping the floor with Shinra and Arthur. And now it's his turn, in his mind he's thinking there's no way he can do this if Shinra and Arthur. Not to mention she's probably still pissed off from Shinra and Arthur calling her an ogre. So being as panicked as he was (y/n) thought he should at least try and calm her down a bit or at least try.
"😅Hey um, Maki if it helps I don't think your an ogre at all. The ogres I've seen aren't as pretty as you are."- (y/n)
Hopping that his comment would save him from getting a major ass beating (y/n) just kept giving her complements.
"And your muscles show that you are proud to workout. And that also means you have a nice figure."- (y/n)
"O-o-oh um, gosh I don't know what to say, I never been complemented like that before."- Maki
"Enough chatter and fight."- Hinawa
"Sorry sir yes sir!"- Maki
'Let's see how you really are in a battle.'- Hinawa
Maki was already in her fighting stance ready to go, however for (y/n) he shut his eyes and then took a deep breath. When he exhaled a small flame appeared on his head, he then continued by opening his eyes song.

'He looks completely different.'- Iris
'So this is what it's like when he's using his 3rd generation abilities.'- Hinawa
'Judging by what she did to both Shinra and Arthur, it's safe to assume that using my flames is a bad idea. However she looks like she's got good hand to hand combat, luckily for me so do I. Best thing I can do is at least try to get her off balance, I wont ingulf my hands with flames like I usually do. Instead I'll just use it to help me propel myself forward.'- (y/n)
(Y/n) gets into a tiger martial arts stance and waits for a bit until Maki takes the first move. She runs at him full force and tries to throw a palm attack to his chest, (y/n)'s eyes twitch a bit and he managed to catch it and swipe her leg to make it reach a bit outwards. Not wasting his opportunity he used the back of his hand to push her aside which cought her a off guard.
"Oh wow he's fast."- Iris
"Yeah but not as fast as I thought he would be."- Shinra
"That's because he's trying not to rely on his ability."- Hinawa
"What?"- Shinra
"Taking in consideration on how you two did against Maki, he must of assess the situation and devised a strategy on how to fight her."- Hinawa
