Chapter 6

Courtney's Pov

It's been 2 weeks now after my incident. Shayne's been helping me a lot through it and I also went back to work. Everyone said they missed me so much. I haven't told anyone, except Shayne about my incident. I've still been living with Shayne and I think I've started to grow feelings for him. He's just so handsome and smart, kind, funny" Courtney?", nice, muscular-

" Courtney?" Olivia says interrupting me out of my thoughts. I look at her.

" Yeah Liv?" I ask. She stands up.

" Ian called us for a meeting. Come on" She says pulling me out of my chair and into the meeting room. I see Ian and Anthony standing up front and Keith, Noah and Damien sitting on the left side of the table. Olivia takes a seat on the right side so I take a sit next to her. I look around one more time and notice Shayne's missing. Right when I was about to stand up and look for him he walks through the door and takes the seat next to me. I was about to ask Shayne where he was but Anthony speaks up.

" Okay, now that everyone's here we would like to announce that..... We will be taking a long break!! Just to relax and spend time with your partners or play video games, etc." Anthony says, smiling widely. Everyone smiles and starts talking to each other. I look over at Shayne and notice he's not smiling. I turn to talk to him.

"Hey, Shayne?" I ask, grabbing his attention.

"Yeah. What's up?" He says.

" Are you okay today? You seem a little bit off?" I ask.

" I'm fine, Court. Thanks though." he says, giving me a reassuring smile. I nod but I still know there's something going on. Then everyone starts to stand up and are walking out. I stand up and then walk back to my desk. I get back to work when I feel a slight buzz in my pocket. I quickly pull out my phone and open it to see a message from shayne. I quickly click on the message and read it.

Shayney- Meet me in the conference room.

CourtBourt- Ok.

I send a message back and stand up. I walk out and down the hall. I get to the conference room and open it. I see shayne pacing around the room. I close the door and go up to him. I put my hand on his shoulder.

" Shayne?" I say quietly, trying not to scared him. He quickly looks up.

" Oh, Courtney" he says and gives a little smile.

" Shayne what's wrong?" I ask him. He stop pacing and looks at me. Suddenly he puts his hand on my cheek and smashes his lips onto mine. I'm shocked at first but then I kiss back. I stand there just kissing and holding each other. I pull away and smile. He smile slowly starts to show up on Shayne's face.

" Courtney, I've been waiting to do that for awhile now" He says. I pull him into a hug.

" Me too" I say. He pulls away and I see shock on his face.

" Wait really!?" he says, shocked and a smile on his face. I nod slightly.

" Yeah, I've been thinking about you all the time" I say, blushing. Right as he was about to say something my phones ding. We let go of each other and I pull my phone out of my pocket.

oLiViA(:- Hey, where are you??

CourtBourt- Oh, Sorry. I'm in the conference room is everything okay?

oLiViA(:- Acually no, Wahlid's outside and wanting to talk to you

I look up at shayne.

" Shayne, Wahlid is outside and he wants to talk to me" I say. I see Shayne's face get red and he's starting getting angry.

" Lets go 'talk' then" He says. 

Hey, lovelies

I am extremely sorry for not posting for ages. I was so busy and I couldn't find time to write a new chapter but now with this coronavirus, I'm not busy so I can FINALLY write again. I really do hope you guys like this chapter and hopefully I'm going to put out another chapter soon. (:bye
