Chapter 18- Die Young!

3 Month later

Harry's p.o.v.

Darcy is getting big now, she is 3 months old!

The first few months were hell, getting up in the middle of the night rocking her back to sleep and feeding her.

I was actually exhausted. If I was tired, Georgia must have been at least a gazillion times more tired than me... I admire how much she does for our daughter.

I have about 3 months left on my sort of maternity leave holiday so I'm trying to make the most out of it!

"Babe?" Georgia yelled from Darcy's nursery. I was situated in the kitchen at the moment an I was cooking.

"Yea sweetie?" I replied concentrating on the salad I was making. Georgia screamed and I instantly knew something was wrong.

"Could you come here for a tick?" She questioned, yelling and making Darcy scream

I ran up the stairs, skipping every second step. I walked into the nursery to find Georgia on the floor... Oh god, what's happened. Darcy was screaming her head off on the change table.

I ran over to Georgia and helped her up

"What happened Hun?" I asked her, feeling guilty for not being there for her when she must have fell.

"I slipped on the mat when I was going to get Darcy a nappy. Then I just couldn't get up because my back froze. I couldn't move... I think I hit my head"

I picked Georgia up bridal style and walked over to the couch in Darcy's nursery where I gently laid her down.

I walked back over to Darcy and started rocking her to sleep. I finished changing her nappy as I noticed Georgia was asleep, but there was blood dripping from the back of her head...

SHIT! I ran to Georgia's side shaking her, doing anything to wake her up. I still had Darcy in my arms so i pulled out my phone and dialed an ambulance. 000 .

I then called Lou and Eleanor to come around and babysit Darce for a while.

How could I let this happen to my fiancée? How will she trust me of I can't ever look after her while we are still engaged

You've really fucked it up now Harry. Hopefully Georgia will forgive and forget....
