Its finally here! Ross part 2! I know right, I took so long- but its been a bit hectic. I hope it is up to yall's standards! Bare in mind I finished this at 6am with no sleep for the past 14 hours so if you see any mistakes- bare with it FHDJJSJ Anyways, I hope yah enjoy! :)

It had been about 8 years since that day. Since Monica..., since Ross. Monica had reached out to you upon hearing you were back in New York finally. You had gone off to college and finished the course, but this opened so many paths which ended you in studying abroad. During those 8 years you had finally got your glow up. You had lost all your weight, your skin was now clear and vibrant and you were the happiest you had been for a long time.

You made your way down the busy, wet New York street. It had began pouring down with rain as soon as you stepped out of the subway, and you were now looking like a drowned dog. You walked as quick as you could and finally reached Central Perk which, according to Monica, has the best coffee in New York. As soon as you stepped inside you were met with the engulfment of warmth that surrounded you as well as the smell of coffee. You sighed in relief and smiled to yourself.

You looked around for Monica before your eyes fell on her at the bar ordering which you could only guess is coffee. You smiled widely and walked over and tapped her on her shoulder, unaware of her brother and friends sitting on the couch right in front of you. You hadn't caught any of their attentions though, well except Joey but we all know why Joey was staring with that stupid smirk on his face.

Monica turned round with a questioning look on her face before her realised who you were and squealed, "Y/N!" She said in glee as she threw her arms around you for a hug before moving off you again with her face scrunched up, "you're wet." You chuckled softly "yeah, it's pouring down out there, I wasn't expecting it- as you can tell," you said with a soft smile gesturing to your drenched body. Monica's smile blew up even wider, "I heard you had lost weight, I even saw photos but oh my god you look amazing!" You smiled bashfully down at the floor shaking your head, "I wouldn't say amazing-," before you could finish what you were saying she hushed you, "nonsense! You look incredible, honestly" She smiled warmly at you.

You shrugged your jacket off and hung it up before walking over to the main seating area in the coffee shop, five heads turned as you followed Monica over to them. Rachel squealed and jumped up, wrapping her arms around you, "Y/N! Oh my god look at you! How are you?" She said excitedly. You chuckled, smile burning brightly "Im good! I mean look at you! You look gorgeous as always." She waved you off with a smile, "you're still sweet as ever." Monica cleared her throat to catch your attention and gestured to the rest of them, eyes still not landing on his, but Ross had already been watching you, walking over with Monica and the whole interaction with Rachel. He could not believe his eyes. Monica's voice brought him out of his deep thoughts, already introducing the group. "You already know me and Rachel," Monica smiled facing you, then turning to the group. "This is Phoebe," you offered a small wave and a smile, she did the same. "This is Chandler and Joey-" before Chandler could even breathe a hello, Joey jumped out of his seat and offered it to you, throwing you a wink, "how you doin'" You blushed deeply while the girls groaned at him to leave you alone. You turned to Chandler who was sitting on the arm of the chair you were sitting on, smiling up at him, "hi there" He smiled back down at you, "nice to meet you." Why was all these guys so good looking you thought to yourself.

There was one more figure you hadn't even looked at yet, and when you did his eyes were already piercing back into you soul. You heart dropped. Ross. You kicked yourself, of course he would be here, he is Monica's brother after all. You zoned back in just in time to hear what Monica was saying, "-remember my brother Ross, right?" You swallowed, you couldn't take your eyes off him. You snapped out of it and smiled, he was going in for a hug so you got up and hugged back, the memories of that last day flooding back, biting at your stomach. You looked down as you pulled away and sat back down, avoiding the staring man across from you.
