Chapter 6: The Pseftis Maze

The room was dark, a dark red glow of dust flows through the room. It floats room to room. Once it got to the door of one room, it stoped.

"Ah, son. You have arrived, did you complete your mission?" A deep dark voice said.

"Yes, I Have Father. I've captured her. I've placed them in the dungeon with the others like you have asked." A much younger voice said

"Good, Good. Mayhaps you aren't as useless as i previously suspected. Keep this up and i might make you my heir." The first voice said.

"Dad.. I- is this right?" The second voice asked.

"Are you doubting me? Don't make me punish you again." The first voice spoke.

"No father, I wont ask any more questions. Do i have permission to leave?" The second voice said.

"Yes, however" The father whispered something in the sons ear.

"Understood, i shalln't let you down" The son said.

The red mist seemed to appear again only for a split second before disintegrating.

Poz and Aris landed beside Aria, Zozo, and Anna. They had been on their way to find the kyilos stones. Aria, the kyilo dragon of Aries, leading the way using her stone to find the others. It brought them to a large forest, trees filled with bright light of all different colors.

"Be careful Anna, this is place is full of deception, creatures here want nothing but to trick, or steal." Aris warned her.

"Don't worry, i will protect her. Perhaps we could find the stones easier if we split up?" Zozo asked him.

"... You mean like in all those horror movies? Where half of the people died?" Anna asked.

"Well did those people have two dragons, protecting them?" Zozo replied slyly.

"I suppose your right, Aria, can you mark the spots of the stones on this map, that way Aris can take Poz to loom for them?" Anna asked.

"Of course," Aria levitated her stone from her head leaving black pinholes burned onto the map, just big enough to see. "There you go human" Anna gave the map to Aris.

"Thank you," Aris nodded. "Alright Poz are you ready?" Poz looked at Aria, must having told her something by dragon communication because she nodded. Poz walked to Aris, and nodded. Aris climbed onto her, and they flew into the air.

Aria looked at the Anna, "Careful, keep your eyes out for kylopi, they are little shape shifting critters that like to steal things out of unexpecting vistitors here in this forest."

"Alright! Hey, what are the stones all about anyway?" Anna asked Aria. Though uninterested, Zozo paid attention as well, mostly to look as excepting of the beast, hoping to keep it unangered.

"Well, its not really about the stones. The stones are simply pieces of each dragon, without them the dragons aren't able to heal. If each dragon has their stone, they are able to summon a great power to protect this relm. There are limitations however, their power is only good in this relm, along with the stones. We tried to defend ourselves from the unicorns, however, something set them off and made them steal our stones. Then, as you know, they spread them along the 4 sections. That is all i am able to tell you due to the secret code." Aria explained.

"I see. So where are the other dragons?" Anna asked.

"They died in the battle, once we had realized that the unicorns stole the stones we flew to their land and tried to fight them, however they had more power with them, due to that.. Metal they keep with them... Unicornium? They seem to absorb a substance in them." Aria answered.
