Body Dysmorphia - an anxiety disorder that causes sufferers to spend a lot of time worrying about their appearance and to have a distorted view of how they look.

Louis Tomlinson was Harry's definition of perfect. Honey tinted skin, oceanic blue eyes that never failed to hypnotise him, a sweet little nose, gorgeous curves and feathery brown hair that Harry could snuggle into forever if it were possible. Everything about Louis was flawless, but not from his own point of view. In reality, it was difficult for Louis to love himself, as he had Body Dysmorphia.

When the two boys met on a park bench a few years back, they instantly clicked. Louis was the timid type, finding it difficult to retain eye contact, and that was something that Harry loved about this bashful boy. After a week of dating, Louis told Harry about his disorder, and Harry didn't know what to say. His first initial reaction was to point out ever single beautiful thing about Louis, which seemed countless.

Louis had told his boyfriend that he had gotten over his worrying, but that was far from correct. In fact, it had gotten worse since they had began dating because Louis felt the urge to need to be absolutely 100% flawless. Everyone had insecurities, but Louis' were severe. It was as if they were impossible to be stopped.

Harry sat on the boys' bed, holding up a glimmering silver ring to the light that streamed through the window. They had been dating for nearly three years, and he was planning to propose to the love of his life. When he heard the front door open, he quickly and gently placed the ring back into its box, stuffing the box back into the drawer that he was keeping it in.

The bedroom door opened and Louis was stood there, drenched from the rain. Raindrops dripped from his hair, onto his face. Even when he looked like this, he was still gorgeous in every way possible.

"Hey, Darling!" Harry greeted, springing up from the bed to wrap his arms around Louis in a quick hug, not wanting to get too wet. He pulled off Louis' coat and hung it on a chair by their bedroom door.

"It's pissing it down out there." Louis laughed weakly, letting his eyes find his feet. Harry leant onto one hip, leaning his head to the side as he looked at his boyfriend.

"Look at me, Louis, stop being so shy!" He grinned, reaching out to scoop Louis' chin upwards. He could tell that Louis wasn't acting like his usual self. He'd usually be laughing and smiling a bit, but not this quiet.

"I'm gonna start dinner, what should we have?" Harry asked, opening the door to stroll out into the hallway. Louis followed behind, downstairs and into the kitchen.

"I don't want anything. I had a sandwich ten minutes ago." Louis lied. As a matter of fact, he hadn't eaten a single thing all day. He didn't want to add to his weight even more.

"Are you sure? You'll be hungry, babe." Harry said softly, turning on the oven and grabbing a frozen pizza from the freezer.

"Yeah, I'm sure. I'm just gonna go and take a shower I think." Louis replied flatly, leaning in to give Harry a peck on the cheek before leaving the kitchen and jogging back up the stairs to the bathroom. Louis' definition of a 'shower' was turning on the shower so that's what Harry thought he was doing, and standing in front of the mirror, pointing out all the places in his mind that he could enhance in some way, or shift a few pounds.
