Chapter 22

Athena had ran far enough from Craig that she ended up going back with her mother and welcomed her with open arms.  

Her mother had took her in but then not long after she had met Daven and from there forth her life had changed ever since. 

Daven:

I have to get the hell out of this dam car looking around my surroundings look somewhat familiar. As the officers kept talking amongst themselves I had seen a small key on the other side of the seat. 

I scooted over each bump we hit and continued to go through as I looked straight ahead trying not to give myself away as I felt the zip ties start to get tighter I grabbed the knife as I laid in a position. 

As I grabbed it then felt the knife along my back that's when I slid down real slow and the ties broke.

That's when I looked at them while we turned from a freeway as I took a change and jumped out the car as I rolled into the dirt I had felt a pain in my side as I slowly stumbled up then started walking... I didn't know where I was going or what was going to happen but I just need to get away and have a new life.
