Sipping on the small soda can, (Y/N) was on her small balcony. Stars littered across the sky, along with the city lights of the building's.
Quite a sight for such a day and night. Breathing in the cold air, she took another sip of her drink. Thinking about the day she had.

She was at school, did some work. But during free period, she had got into a fight with two of her classmate. Not some petty fight, but full on fist-fight.

Reason why?

For some stuff on the news..

Two boys were in a dumb verbal fight about the phantom thief, Kaitou Kid, it didn't stay verbal.. And she got hurt by trying to break them up. However, after a couple of punches and blocks. They all quit, because the teacher was called into the classroom.

(Y/N) touched the bandage on her arm, wincing when she poked at it. It hurt a lot!!

A little vibrated sound was heard in her hoodie's pocket, taking it out, she flipped her phone open. She got a email from a friend of her's.

[ (Y/N)-Chan! I need a huge favor!! ] from Ran-Chan

(Y/N) typed a small 'what?' And waited for her friend to text back. Looking at the other white bandages that wrapped on her left arm and right wrist. Some even on her (non writing) hand, and knuckles.

[ My karate class has a field trip this weekend and I need some one to babysit a friend of mine.]

(Y/N) already knew what Ran had thought/trying to ask. Typing again, she wrote 'okay. I'll babysit.'

[ Thank you (Y/N)-Chan!!!! I owe you!! I'll drop him off tomorrow at your place at 5:00. See you!]

Turning off the phone, she placed it back where she got it. Going back inside her small apartment. Not noticing the eyes of a certain thief that gleamed at her. Then going off into the night~

"Darn, I thought they would be gone by now." Redoing the wrappings on her with fresh bandages. She noticed that only some of the wounds turned into bruise's, and some were scabs.

The pain was a bit much, so she took some pain killers, choking on the bitter taste after. Her gut felt sick from it, but remained still, to make sure the pills would go down. Wiping the the tiny spit from her mouth, she went to her couch.

"Just in, the Queens Crystal jewel will be making it's grand appearance at the-" The reporters words were droned out by a knocking on the door.

Getting up, the h/c girl opened her door greeting Ran.
"(Y/N)-chan this is Conan, Conan-Kun, this is (Y/N)-Shi. Please be nice, and don't get in trouble!" Ran said as she crossed her arms at the young kid.

"Yes Ran-niichan!!" Conan told her, Ran gave a greatful grin and waved a goodbye to the two of them. Letting the little kid in her abode, he expected the area like anyone would do.

'Okay, what do young kids like doing?'

(Y/N) sweated at how unprepared she was. She babysitted her younger step cousin from time to time, but this was not Ayao.

The little detective saw a small green, nice couch, a coffee table, a little lamp on a tiny table beside the couch. He assumed it was the living room. Climbing up to sit on the cushions, (Y/N) was going over to the boy. "So, Conan-..kun. Where you from?"
