I awoke from my slumber. But I don't know if you could call it awoke, for I didn't remember being awake before that.

My eyes drifted open, to find myself spinning in some kind of green and brown tornado. In front of me, and behind me, all that I could see was darkness. Eventually, I slowed down, I could feel something pushing me back. As if some force field were keeping me away from something.

Then, I broke through it. The darkness turned into light. Light also replaced the green and brown walls. I guess you could call them walls. It was almost as if I were flying into the sun. The light got brighter and brighter, until I had to close my eyes because it was too bright.

When I opened them, I was laying in the grass. In the middle of a forest. The light from the sun was so bright that I couldn't bare to keep my eyes open.

After keeping them closed for five seconds. I opened them again and sat up. I peered down at my ragged brown shirt, gray pants, and black shoes. My first thought was: I look like a homeless man

I brought my hand up to my head to feel my hair. Instead, I felt a bald head. Then, I let my hand slide down the side of my face, I felt a goatee.

I forced myself up, it took me a few tries to get balanced. I stood up once I was able to. I looked up at the trees, and the sky high above me.

"Where am I," I muttered.

That's when I noticed that I was holding something. It a folded piece of paper. I unfolded it to see that it had some writing on it. This is what it said:

Your name is Hcton. You're in a world called minecraft. You are what's known as an entity. You kill players and mess up their world.

But right now, you have a quest. You don't have the time to waste on that. Your quest is that you have a kill another entity called Herobrine. He wears blue jeans, a gray shirt, and he has brown hair and white glowing eyes. Make sure to disguise yourself whenever he's close.

Once you kill him, you can start killing players and messing up their worlds.

From, your creators.

"Wow," I said in awe, before folding the paper back up and putting it in my pocket.

I turned in a three sixty. Besides the trees and the clouds above me. I saw a desert, and some mountains. I went toward the desert. I don't know why. What is there to find in the desert. Anyone else would've gone to the mountains. Especially someone like me, who didn't know the game.

I kept walking. All that there was was cactuses. I began to regret going to the desert instead of the mountains. I was such a fool, why did I think that going to the desert was a better plan than going to the mountains. But by then, I had gone to far and was getting tired.

I started to look around for some type of shelter. A place where I could take a rest, and spend the night. Somehow the sun was already setting even though it seemed like I had only been walking for ten minutes.

I began to wonder where the city was. Sure this was the desert, but even in the woods it looked as if it hadn't been inhabited for years. I kept walking, no potential shelters. Except for a village.

I was just walking, and then I saw a building. I ran over to it. There was a small village there. I was happy to have found a place to stay the night.

I walked over to the first house that I saw, and knocked on the door. A man answered the door, he was wearing an orange and brown outfit. With a brown belt around his waist. He also wore a straw hat. He was clearly a farmer.

"Can I help you, sir?" He asked.

"Yes, I'm a traveler, and I need a place to crash for the night." I explained.

"Oh, come in, I have plenty of room." The farmer told me.

He turned and walked into the house, I followed. It was small, only one room, but I was just glad to have a roof over my head. The only stuff in the house was a small table, two beds, and a chest.

"That bed is yours," He said pointing to the one on the right side of the room

I guessed that he would have said the green bed, but both beds were green.

"Make yourself at home," he said, sitting on his bed.

I sat on mine, and said: "I don't have a home,"

"Oh, I'm sorry. You can stay for as long as you want." The farmer offered.

"Thanks," I responded.

"Don't mention it, do you need anything. Like a weapon, or armor, potions?" He asked

"Ok, let me explain something." I said.

I told him all about how I had just woken up in the forest, and walked here. I didn't mention the note. I didn't want to reveal to much. Even though I didn't no exactly what was going on.

"Woah, I can't imagine what that must be like. I'll give you anything you need." He got up and walked over to his chest.

"I don't need anything," I replied.

"I insist, take this sword." The farmer handed me a shining blade.

"Whoa! What does a farmer need a sword for?" I questioned.

"The monsters," He answered.

"What monsters," I asked.

"Look outside," He told me.

I turned and looked out the window. Giant spiders, skeletons with bow and arrows, green things, and zombies were roaming the village.

"Where did they come from?" I questioned.

"They just spawn," The farmer answered "And your going to need this to protect yourself from them."

I took the sword, somehow it felt natural in my hand.

"Well, we should get to bed." He told me.

I was glad to hear that. After the day I had, I was bushed. I slid the sword under my bed for safekeeping. For some reason, I didn't feel safe keeping it in the farmer's chest.

I laid down, it took me a while to fall asleep. I didn't trust the farmer. I felt as if he was going to kill me in my sleep.
