⤷PERSONALITY sayeko is a very energetic girl . she is always bouncing off the walls and just full of energy . she gets super competitive but always keeps it civil . she loves to just boost everyone's moral and keeps her own spirits high even if the team is losing . she is very quick witted and is able to analyse a situation within minutes . she has a lot of knowledge about a ton of things , mainly sports of all kinds .
⤷FEARS ophidiophobia - fear of snakes - this is a rather irrational fear of hers since she has had no bad experiences with snakes , she is just utterly terrified and disgusted by them for no reason
tristophobia - fear of sadness or sorrow - she often suppresses her feelings that aren't the usual chaos or happiness since she doesn't want to bring others down with her feelings , so she is scared of sadness due to the fact that she doesn't want to make others sad
coulrophobia - fear of clowns - she has a valid reason for being afraid of clowns . though it is a fairly dumb one . when she was ten years old she went to a circus once and ended up getting lost in the crowd , when she was lost she ended up running into one of the clowns who , though he tried to help her , he ended up scaring the shit out of her since she was already scared from being alone
⤷CLOSE FRIENDS koutarou bokuto - they went to middle school and high school together , so of course they were close . they met in middle school when sayeko was playing volleyball by herself and he offered to play with her . from then on the two became an iconic duo who were just a giant ball of chaos and noise . everyone knows how bokuto can go from happy to sad within minutes and sayeko is sometimes able to get him back into his cheery mood .
tetsurou kuroo - after meeting bokuto he introduced her to kuroo and the two also immediately hit it off . within days of knowing each other she considered them her best friends . she has a similar relationship with kuroo as she does with bokuto , however she tends to practice with him more than bokuto . she has also learned some things from him during their practices and she has taught him some things as well .
keiji akaashi - they met through bokuto and immediately they bonded . since she is much like bokuto , he knew how to keep her in check , and she knew how to get him to loosen up and not be so serious all the time . despite that they also help each other with school work and practice .
⤷LOVE INTEREST koutarou bokuto - despite developing feelings , it that didn't change how they acted since they were still chaotic and loud . the two together are just pure happiness and energy and nothing can break their morale when they're together .
⤷ENEMIES tooru oikawa - they're not necessarily enemies , they're rivals more so . they don't hate each other at all , they're actually surprisingly good friends . but he is her biggest rival , despite her not playing on the school team . ever since she met him she saw how talented he was and would often practice with him and teach him what she knew from her brother . since she taught him the things she knew and he taught her the things he knew , that made the two adapt to how the other plays and so whenever they do a one on one game it often goes on for a long time since they're able to counter every bit from each other . however she is very careful not to reveal anything about fukurodani's plays or tactics around him . he also happens to be her ex boyfriend so that adds to their rivalry .
⤷FRIENDS i kid you not , she is friends with everyone she meets , literally everyone . well at least in her mind she is .
⤷HIGH SCHOOL she goes to fukurodani for high school but she often visits karasuno , aoba johsai , and the other high schools in miyagi prefecture since her brother goes to college out there .
⤷ROLE IN TEAM she does play volleyball for the girl's team though she tried to get a hockey club to start but that didn't work out so she settled with track as well . for the girl's volleyball team she is the libero and damn good at it .
⤷VOLLEYBALL EXPERIENCE since her older brother has played volleyball pretty much all his life he has experienced a lot of positions . sayeko went to every single one of his games even when her parents didn't go . she learned everything she knows from him , and she has played in small teams around her neighbourhood .
