~Chapter 16~

Chenle woke up in tears, all the good and bad memories flooded into his head. Oh, how much he wanted to cherish it.

Chenle heard boxes were being packed. Jisung was in his bedroom, taking his own clothing and items. Jisung didn't say a single word to his own husband, Chenle flopped back on his side, not wanting to see Jisung.

Jisung took all of his belongings and left. Chenle turned his body around and saw one rectangle velvet box and a small black box. 

There was a note under the black box. Chenle opened it and saw his old ring. But, the note said,

"Dear Chenle,

I want you to keep it, I bought it for you, not for me. That's why I still have mine because I bought it for myself. I hope you would still keep it.

-Lots of Love, Jisung"

Chenle felt angry, he didn't want the ring anymore. It contained the worst memories possible. He threw it across the room, and started to cry. 

He missed Jisung already, but then he remembered that the ring had contained Jisung's proposal, their wedding, and the night were they first made love.

Chenle panicked after trying to find it for 30 minutes. Chenle flopped on his bed once again.

He heard a door open, it was Jisung, he forgot his other boxes. When Jisung passed by their (Chenle's, it's not theirs anymore) room, he saw a shiny object, which was Chenle's diamond ring. 

 Jisung placed it back in its original place and walked into the other room. 

Chenle heard Jisung's footsteps disappear, and quickly scrambled to the other side of the bed. He held the rin close to his chest, sighing in relief. 

Chenle is now holding onto the only thing that reminded himself of Jisung. Little did he know, Jisung was watching the whole time, he smiled softly. 

"I miss you too," he thought before leaving the now half-empty house.
