Thine Eyes.

Thine eyes evaporate me into thin air

Join the clouds on the march to the downpour.

Will it satisfy the thirst of your heart?

Because you always seem to want more!

Keep rolling on with the path of the storm

And get lost in the eye that keeps me together!

Darkness is reigning over light,

The moon rejoiced because it won the fight!

And the angels are mourning the death of the mother,

That sheltered the children from the endless smother -

We call it drive, because it drives us insane

We call it life, because it leaves us in pain.

Thine tear filled eyes sent me over,

And I'm going down, down to the ground!

What a beautiful mess I've made on the canvas,

And your happy eyes pull me away from hearing the sound -

We call it thrive, because we're thriving for nothing

We call it a knife, because it cuts us from loving...

You.
