Note: mE iSh wEeB nAo. This is my most favorite anime next to Samurai X. And I started with mr. icey-hot. As what I think Bakugo calls him in the eng ver. Meh. Otherwise known as Shouto Todoroki. His quirk, as you can tell by the text on the left corner of the pic, is fire and ice. His right side is for ice, and left is for fire. And yes, I drew him in his hero costume. Believe me or not, I had to repeat this drawing twice, cuz it didnt look good, yet details didn't exist. The red thing? On his blue eye? I cant tell yall that, lol. Kay bai.
