Know that I luv Undertale, (still do and will always >:3) and I decided to make my own OC for it. I have made this OC back in Grade 3, Which is pretty much 2 years ago? Yeh. I saw the drawing of it in a smol pouch- -cut- Okay so, back then in grade 3, I really luv comics both making, dubbing, and watching. Especially when it comes to FNAF and Undertale. I had a smol pouch that was filled with my drawings about it, so thats why I can still access it. -end of cut- Knowledge: Alright, anyway. Her name is Cindy Noir. Ik, you may be thinking, "Wait, isnt there also a Betty Noir from Glichtale?" Yeah, but here's the catch. My Grade 3 self, put as a fact, that she is supposed to be Betty's Creator. And if you know Glitchtale, you probably know that Betty is the 8th soul, or either the Missing soul. Representing of course, the element of Fear. Anyway, yea. Thats her. Okay bye!
