"I'm Russell, but you can call me Joba

"I'm Russell, but you can call me Joba." the taller guy waved shyly from inside the house.

Charlie waved in the same manner, with a kind smile and barely containing eye contact due to her extreme shyness to strangers.

"Come on in, I'll show you around." Ian broke what apparently was becoming an awkward moment with a small hand movement.

The girl nodded her head and entered the house. It was kinda small and she couldn't really believe that so many people could fit in it nor live in it. She walked behind Ian, noticing that that guy, Joba, wasn't with them anymore but she didn't mind it, she knew she would have time to talk to him later.

Ian started to introduce her to all the boys in the house, although some where missing and others where too busy to even leave the room where they where recording their first album.

Dom was smoking a blunt on the sofa, talking with Matt, who was sitting on the other side of the worn out piece of furniture. She knew their names before they had introduced themselves thanks to the boy that was showing her around. The only girl in the place waved lightly to them after Ian introduced her and they waved back.

"You smoke?" Dom asked from his relaxed position on the couch.

"Only cigarettes, I have never tried weed." the girl stated with a faint smile, looking between the man and the blunt on his hand.

He hummed, nodding his head and going back to hitting the blunt. Matt stood up, asking Charlie if she wanted to go for a smoke outside and Ian told her that he would call the rest of the boys over so they could all chat.

She walked out of the house, already talking to Matt while he fished two cigarettes out of his Malboro box and handed one to her, which she accepted gladly. She lended him her lighter in a fair trade.

An even more worn out couch was in their backyard, they sat on it beside each other. We kept talking and, one by one, the boys got out of the house and took their places, some on the couch and others around it, either on the floor or standing.

"This is Ciaran." Ian introduced his apparently shy friend, the only one he hadn't introduced yet. He was short and had short, messy hair. He only stooped looking down when Ian said his name.

"Hi, I'm Charlie." she gave him a subtle smile. "I like your name."

He muttered an almost inaudible "thanks" and they went back to their conversation, the boys asking questions to the girl and the girl asking questions back.

Every once in a while she would look over to Joba, who was smoking a cigarette leaning on the wall beside the piece of furniture they were all sitting on. She told them the experience she had being a photographer and a videographer and they surprisingly seemed very interested which didn't happen most of the time.

When the boys considered they knew enough about her, they excused themselves to go talk in private while she nervously took several drags from her second cigarette and tapped her leg on the floor.

When Ian came back with the rest of the boys and told her she was employed, she smiled widely and thanked them.
