"we finna whoop they ass tonight." kyrie said as he dapped up lamar. we were all chillin in the locker room getting ready for the big game.
i tucked my chains in my jersey before lacing up my sneaks. i ain't the one to admit shit like this but i'm hella nervous for tonight. i just hope she really out there like she claimed she'd be.
"aight boys listen up." coach clapped as he entered the locker room. we all got up and gathered around inna circle.
"we playin west hill tonight and we ain't never beat em yet. today's game bout to change that." coach said, eyeing every player in the room. we all nodded as my mind drifted away, heartbeat beating faster and faster.
"mosey you with me?" i snapped back to see coach pointing at me.
"fuck yea let's do this." i mumbled, leading everyone out of the locker room.
when we got out on the court, everybody started cheering as i noticed all the players on the other team. fuck were they giant as hell. i took this opportunity to scan the big ass crowd sitting on bleachers for that one face.
that's when i made eye contact with the smartass curly head sitting at the back with her friends and all my nerves disappeared on sight. i nod my head at her with a stupid ass smile on my face before she waves shyly and focuses her attention back on her friends.
some hoe from the bleachers yelled out my name and i turned around and looked at her. she had her phone in front of her face and i assumed that her dumbass was taking a snap of me.
i threw up my middle fingers flashed my ice before glancing back at naia. she rolled her eyes and fanned me off with a smile, gesturing for me to focus back on the game.
