Hinata's P.O.V
"Shouyou!! Shouyou!! Wake up you'll be late for school!" I flutter my eyes open to Natsu with pouty eyes. I get up and pat her head. "Thank you Natsu, you can leave now, so I can change." She leaves my room and shuts my door.

**AT SCHOOL**
I struggle to stay awake in class. I'd rather be dozing off, or maybe sleeping. I need to keep my grades up though so I continue to take notes. Even though I just said I would take notes I gaze out the window. I wonder how the practice will be today without Kageyama. I guess I can't spike his tosses. I let out a sad sigh. "Hinata! Are you paying attention?!" The teacher yells. I stop gazing and look towards the front of the classroom and nod my head. My face heats up as people start laughing at me. The bell rings for lunchtime and I grab my Bento. Maybe I could just go to the roof today. Yeah, I'll go to the roof.
Once I get on the roof I find a nice secluded spot to eat. I see some girls walk up to me. I don't know them...? Oh, they might be from Kageyama's class.
"Are you Hinata?"
"Yep, do you need something?"
"Since you and Kageyama are so close, do you know why he isn't here today?"
"Oh. . . yeah, he got a cold."
"Oh no! I hope he feels better, could you give this to him?" She hands me a box and a note with a heart on it. "Sure," I tell her, she smiles and starts giggling with her friend. Ah, another confession. My heart drops for a second and I gasp. What if he accepts her confession? No, he's too invested in volleyball. Will he never date anyone because of volleyball? Possibly, but what if they liked volleyball as much as him. "ARG!" I slap my face trying to get these thoughts out of my head. Why do I care if he accepts the confession, it's not like I like him.
I continue eating my lunch and check the time on my phone. 30 minutes left. That's enough to eat. I should practice too! I pick up the box and letter and eat my food at lighting speed and start running towards the gym. I can ask Sugawara to give me tosses! Yeah, I'll do that! I reach the gym in record time and see Coach Ukai already there with everyone, excluding Kageyama. Asahi is practicing jump serves. Yamaguchi is practicing floater serves. Asahi is so cool! He's so tall too... Tsukishima doesn't seem like he's doing anything. I wonder why he never tries to improve? It's odd. I look for Sugawara and I spot him talking to Daichi. I walk over to them and Suga waves hello. "Suga! Could you pass me some tosses!?" "I knew he was going to say that." He tells Daichi. I grin and Daichi grabs a ball we get on the court and he throws a ball to Suga, Suga tosses me the ball and I spike it perfectly. "Nice kill, nice kill!" He yells. "One more!" Daichi throws the ball at Suga and he tosses it to me once more, I spike the ball. "Rolling Thunder!!" Noya yells from across the court. "Woah!!! Teach me how to do the rolling thunder! You went woosh the ball went wham!" Noya and I jump as we talk and we hear snickering from the sidelines. "Idiots. . ." Tsukishima tells Yamaguchi. I glare at Tsukishima and he just laughs more. "A tiny guy like you can't intimidate me." I'm even madder now! He always goes for my height when insulting me!
**END OF DAY**
The practice was over in a blink of an eye. "Bye Hinata, see you tomorrow!" Noya yells. I wave goodbye and start walking my bike down the usual route I go down. I guess I'll go over to Kageyama's house, so I can give that box and letter to him. I wonder what's in there? Maybe some food they baked? I want to look in the box soo badly! I won't though! "I won't peak in the box!" I yell. Coach Ukai barges out of his convenience store, "shut up!! You'll wake the neighbors up, dimwit!!!" I apologize and keep walking towards Kageyama's house.
**AT KAGEYAMA'S HOUSE**
I knock at his door with my bike propped up against his house. No one's answering? Are Kageyama's parents not home? "Kagayama!! It's me, Hinata!" I yell while banging the door some more. I hear stomping coming from the house and the door unlocking. "What!!" Kageyama screams. "Ah, sorry but I have something for you! Some girls gave it to me, a confession I think." He takes the box and places it on the table next to the door and moves out the way for me to come in. God, he looks horrible too. "So uh, is anyone home?" "No, it's just me." "Well, do you need any help?" Kageyama looks at me and nods his head. "Could you. . . stay the night? I can't do much stuff like cooking while like this so. . . could you help me out?" Wow, this is the first time I've seen Kageyama blush, or maybe that's because of the fever. "We have school though." "I'll let you borrow my clothes. Please. . . I haven't eaten at all today." Kageyama pleaded. I feel bad for him so I guess I should stay the night. Kageyama gets out of the way so I can come in. I enter his home. "Pardon the intrusion!" I yell on instinct. "No one is home but us!" He barks. "S-Sorry! I do it on instinct!" Kageyama huffs and I sigh. "Well, I might as well make something for you. Go to your bed and I'll cook something, any requests?"
