NAPABALIKWAS ng tayo si Flash nang marinig ang ringtone ng kaniyang cellphone.
"Hello?!" he answered with an irritated voice.
"Why are you giving me that tune, Flander Sheik?!" pagtaas din ng boses ng nasa kabilang linya.
"Are you expecting me to have a chuffed voice after you woke me up at 2 am, Dad?" pagdidiin niya ng salita.
"I'm sorry if that so." He said in sarcasm. "I have a work for you." he said in a toneless manner.
"Of course, what am I expecting from you." he laughed between his words. "What is it again?" he asked.
"I need you to find Jenica Peska, know about her, know something about her painting and if YOU CAN, well you will, buy her painting,"
That's when Flash froze. Why? How? What in the world of shit this can happen. Is this kind of prank, 'cause this is not funny, this can't be a coincidence.
"Why? What is it again?" he asked like that so his father won't suspect.
"I want her painting, that's all." he said then end the call.
What the hell? Bakit sa dinami-dami ng pwedeng pagkainteresan ng tatay ko bakit sya pa? What is it with her that he called in the middle of the night?
I should go back to sleep, I have a trial early in the morning tomorrow.
JENICA is still awake and doing some painting, she can't sleep. Medyo naga-adjust pa kasi sya sa time. Di din kasi sya mapalagay, may bumabagabag sa kaniya na hindi niya mapaliwanag.
Scott entered her painting room and saw her painting a canvas.
"Why are you still awake?" he asked habang papalapit sa kaniya.
"I can't sleep" She said and she puts down her brush and pallet, removed her apron and faced her brother who is sitting.
"Do you want me to sing for you?" he asked then brush Jen's hair to the back of her ear
Jen's brother is a great singer, she got the creativity, while Chaz is a very good dancer.
"Yes kuya! I miss your lullaby." She said in a baby voice.
"Ok, let's go to your room." As they are walking, talking and laughing because of Scott's jokes, Jen's accidentally bit her tongue and bleed.
"Number kuya" sabi niya habang nasa pagitan ng labi niya ang dila niya.
"Don't tell me you still believe in that, Jen?" her brother asked.
"It is fun kasi, bilis!" she exclaimed.
"Ok! Six." Then he checked Jen's tongue.
"Who is letter F?" they laugh.
"Baka first love" He joked.
While laughing, a picture of Flash pop up in her head. 'What was that?' As they enter her room and got to bed, Scott tucked her in a blanket.
He starts humming,
