"wow fuck high school." yoongi grumbled bitterly, kicking a nearby box. "and this stupid city."

he and his father just moved into this beautiful mess of a city known as seoul, and was yoongi happy? hell no. due to the unexpected movement from daegu, yoongi had to leave some very close friends that he loved dearly behind. some of the very few people who made yoongi feel good about himself.

his father stared at him, letting a sigh and placed down the box where yoongis old plushies were in, that for some reason arrived very late. "listen yoongi bear. im really sorry, but we really needed the money. plus I bought this expensive apartment so it would make you feel a bit better." he said, his eyes filled with guilt. they weren't poor poor, but they definitely didn't have much money as they used to. after yoongi's mom left, theyre budget really died down. "will you forgive your mean stinky poopa after he buys you your favorite ice cream?"

yoongi looked at his dad and laughed lightly. "c'mon pops, the whole poopa and papa thing was when I was 3, I'm 17 now! I'm about to be 18 in a few weeks," he looked at the box that contained his favorite childhood plushies and toys. whenever young yoongi was mad at his dad, instead of calling him papa like usual, he always called him poopa. "—and don't feel bad about it, I understand I'm just mad at this city, not you. but I mean..." he looked over at his dad, giving him a smirk. "maybe some ice cream will make me feel better."

his father laughed, placing his hand on his sons head and lightly ruffling his hair. "ah, you punk." he chuckled. "oh, yoongi. you have all the things you need for school tomorrow correct?" yoongi nodded. "yeah everything's fine pops. is it ok if I take the box to go ahead and decorate my room some more? you gave me one big damn room." mr. min nodded, turning around and heading towards the living room.

yoongi turned around to look at his room. he designed some of it, but there were still a lot of stuff he needed to set up. he had shelfs that were near the windows that had beautiful green plants, a few cute decorations and even a picture of yoongi and his friends. he had a small table for his snails and crickets as well. yes, he owned snails and crickets, they made the environment much more warm and calming. yoongi huffed, and began putting some of his plushies on his bed, and started setting up other things like his posters, mirrors, etc.

he just wanted to do whatever he can do to distract him from the thought of the first day of school.
