Hey long time no see, I'm back with an informational message, not as fun as my naps section but this is just as important to me as sleeping. I'm no expert on topics like this but I just want some people to get a better understanding on this.
Like many things in like autism is a spectrum, going from low functioning to high functioning autism

When people think about autism most people think about low functioning autism where said person is very dependent and may have very odd behaviors, but that's not always the case. High functioning individuals may act like everyday people, you may not even be able to tell if they had autism.

Whether it's low functioning or high functioning there are a couple things that vary and some things that are common. Low and high functioning may have difficulty understanding complex facial expressions and social cues.  Of course this doesn't mean you should treat them like children, with proper teaching and guidance people with autism can grow and mature like anyone else.
Autistic people are just as capable as anyone else in life.
There are harmful rumors people spread and I'll address a few, you can't get autism from vaccinations, vaccines have a weak or dead version of the disease so your body have identify and get ready in case you ever get the real thing.
Autism is not contagious, you are born with it it's a neural-divergent state of mind.
They are not dangerous people who grow into killers, and depending on their position on the spectrum they are able to take care of themselves.
It's not curable either it's not a disease, it's honestly not the end of the world, you just need more patience with some of them.
And that's about all I have to ramble about, sorry if I've made a mistake somewhere correct me if i did.
