Falling For You Again

New Student

The next day at school, I was walking down to my classroom until I felt a heavy weight on my back.
"Argh! Jinri I swear! One more time you jump on my back, you'll pay!" I said while this "thing" was still on my back.
"Hahaha! Alright Krystal I'll get down." Jinri hopped off my back and I turned to face her.
Jinri Choi is an exchange student from South Korea. The first day I met her was when she bothered me while I was sleeping during the lesson.
At that time she wasn't fluent in English and spoke Korean to me. Luckily, I can speak and understand Korean. I have been helping her with English and gradually became best friends.
"What do you what?" I said coldly. I didn't mean to say it that way. It's just my nature to say things coldly. Jinri is already used it.
"Why can't just say hi to my best friend?" She said while pouting. I couldn't help but chuckle at her childish attitude.
"There is nothing wrong with that. I'm sorry if I said that in cold way. You know how I am." I sincerely said. I really did feel sorry. Like I said, that is my nature.
"It's okay! You know I'm used to it. Besides, I could always see the cute and sweet side of Krystal Jung anytime!" Jinri cutely said.
"Alright let's go we're going to be late for class!" I said while putting my arm around Jinri while she does the same.
We arrived at the classroom on time an quickly went to our seats. The moment I sat down, the teacher enters that classroom.........with a new student.
Judging by his countenence, he is about 5' 10". His uniform neatly done with some accessories added. He has light brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. Judging on the features on his face, he is Korean.
"Class, I'd like you to meet a new student. He came all the way from South Korea. Please introduce yourself" The teacher said.
"Hello, my name is Jongin Kim, but you could call me Kai. Nice to meet you all." Kai finished his introduction.
I don't know why, but his aura around him, it feels familar. I can't put my finger on it, but something about him makes me feel....safe around him.
