In the darkness, two figures, both in suits and hats walked with purpose down the streets of Gotham. One, a tall, thin man in an emerald suit, slid leather gloves onto his slender hands, the other, significantly shorter, wider man beside him gestured wildly, an expression of fury distorting his otherwise non-threatening features.

"10 years I was in that hellhole! 10 years I dreamt of getting my revenge on Jim Gordon and the second I'm out, some lunatic in a bat suit ruins everything!"

"Yes Oswald, I know" Replied the taller man, his exasperation evident in every syllable. "Don't worry, we'll get him back. I was thinking maybe we set up a trap. We send him to a remote location, where he finds an empty room with nothing but a table on which sits a riddle. He walks towards it, but just at the last second -"

"- A net appears and he gets tied to a lamppost!" The other finished his thought for him. "Actually yes that's exactly what I was thinking. Except when he is unable to answer my riddle correctly, the rope snaps and he falls into a pool filled with sharks!" Oswald stopped in his tracks, and stared up at him scornfully. "Sharks?"

"Yes. Sharks" He repeated after a beat.

"And where, my dear Edward, are we going to find Sharks, in Gotham?" There was another pause, before Edward said with visible disappointment, "I'll keep thinking". Shaking his head, Oswald took a step forward only to be grabbed from behind by Edward. "What are you doing?" His signature shrill tone had reappeared, but Edward, un-phased just pointed towards the sky, a look of horror painting his face an even whiter shade of pale. A fear Oswald had not felt in so long, turned his insides to ice as he and Edward clung to each other in the night, glaring up at them. Stood defiantly atop Wayne enterprises was a menacing black figure, cloak billowing behind him.

Neither of them willing to admit the humiliation of being afraid of a man dressed like a bat, "Tomorrow?" was all Edward could bring himself to say. "Tomorrow" Oswald echoed and they both turned on their heels, making a hasty exit, through the alleyways of Gotham, with no clue as to what they would do next.
