Izuku's POV

Finally!

Me and Momma are going to the quirk doctor today!

I wonder if I'll have a flashy and powerful quirk like kacchan.

I sure hope so!

"Honey go sit over there please." Mom said while pointing to a play area.

"Okay!"

When I got over there I saw a boy with two different hair colors, half red half white, and heterochromatic eyes.

I walked over and started talking to him.

"Hi! I'm Izuku Midoriya! What's your name?"

"...Shoto Todoroki."

"Wanna play?"

"Why not." He shrugged.

Then me and Todoroki played with blocks until my name was called.

"Izuku Midoriya?"

I got up, said bye to Todoroki, and bolted into the room.

Shortly after a small man with odd-looking goggles walked in.

He took an X-ray and walked into a side room.

Meanwhile, I could barely contain myself.

I found out my quirk today!

Doctors POV

Oh lord...

This boy has such a powerful quirk...!

This might be the most powerful quirk in history.

I walk out of the room and call Midoriya in.

"Would you like me to come too?" asked the mother.

"No ma'am. Just Izuku."

"Alright..." she was skeptical.

We walk back into the room and I turn to Izuku.

"Your quirk is dangerously powerful. I'm sorry but you're gonna have to hide it."

"Even from mom?" he asked with mixed emotions.

"Unfortunately, yes. People would kill to have and use your quirk."

"...What is my quirk?"

"You can change the name, but I called it manifest. You can use any quirk in the world. Also you can make up your own quirks."

"Woah... I'm so strong!"

"Yes but for your own good, and your mothers, you must keep it a secret."

"Okay. If I can protect mom I will."

I smile at him.

"Good. I'm going to register you as quirkless. It'll be less suspicious.

He looked sad. "Fine."

We walked into the main room again.

I took a fake x-ray to make it believable.

Then everything is like the anime except Izuku isn't shocked and Inko gets mad.

I'm sorry but I have to make Inko a bitch for the story line.
