Gale and Faye had spoke about mandatory questions from the clipboard. Faye wrote quickly, her brow creasing more as time went on. Her anger radiates and captures the attention of Joel, which he sits at the end of the couch, watching and listening.

"That's it." Faye's voice could have killed a narcoleptic with the tone of her voice, monotone and deadpanned, her mind elsewhere.

"Excellent." Gale cheered, her rosy cheeks brightening the mood.
Faye gets up, walking hastily to the door.

"Wait." Joel stands.

Gale cocks her head curiously like a puppy.
"Yes, Joel?"

Faye had stopped moving, unaware as to why she listens to Joel. Her hand on the doorknob could knock her into the outdoors and straight into her own mind and yet she gives him a moment of her time.

"May my assignment be linked with Faye's? Evergreen wished for me to be his assistant and my job is to go around the districts as well. If I have someone to accompany me, I won't be harmed. And yes Faye is not someone I'm allowed to be around-"
All his words came spewing out from his mouth. He twinges the end of his jacket with pressure from Gale's answer.

"Joel," Gale began, standing and eyeing Faye slightly.
"I really don't give a fuck about Atlas."

Faye released her grip from the doorknob, turning to Gale. "Why?"

"He's not one of the originals. You know - the one with the black outfits."

"The originals." Faye almost laughed.

Joel almost took a large exhale to the fact that Atlas isn't one of them. Whatever they are, Faye, Joel, and Noel are one of them as well.

"Yeah well that's what I call us! We wear these outfits everyday, he's always been jealous of them."

"Great." Faye finalized the conversation, cutting it off shortly as if she gained all the information she needed, ready to leave as soon as possible to not be questioned any further about her whereabouts.

Joel finally looked towards Gale, desperate to catch up with Faye.

"Yes." Gale nods her head in a bright smile, finding Joel's need cute. "You'll accompany her due to the Mechs about." Gale waves him off. "Come back when she's finished with all her work."

Joel nods, forgetting what he had left behind. The symbol underneath the blanket.

Gale steps upon this blanket and hums to herself. She out reaches her hand towards this item, her sleeve reaching up to her wrist, exposing it.

A symbol, just of similarity to the others, sits upon her wrist in bright gold form and illuminates as she focuses upon the blanket. Her eyes had slightly responded to her manipulation of this item. She picks up the blanket with an invisible force, summoned by her symbol, and places it upon the couch while folding it within the air.

She pays attention to the floor once more and yet there hadn't been anything beneath.
"Hmm." Gale smiles to herself as the symbol upon her wrist dies form the light it illuminated, listening to her surroundings as they fill with silence; comforting.

"Wait, Faye." Joel had become out of breath. As soon as Faye was out that door, her walking had become rapid, heading in the direction of Elemental.
