Dead or Alive

Head Coach and Manager went to check on Aarvi.....

Aditi followed them. All three of them were shocked to find Aarvi's room's door  was open and the room was empty.Aditi checked the
bathroom but it was also unoccupied.Aditi was anxious about Aarvi .Mrs.Joseph and head coach Kamlesh Reddy informed bureaucrats and Aarvi's parents.Delhi police started the investigation of  Aarvi's missing mystery  .

Somehow the news of Aarvi's disappearance leaked into the media.All media glare and hype
caused botched up investigation
by the police as they were in a haste to solve the case soon due to the excessive media pressure.While police was still  investing Aarav's missing ,media
trappled the crime scene just for the sake of breaking news.Day by day Aarvi's parents Arya Mehta and Anjali Mehta were becoming restless.Trial by media and public outrage about Aarvi's missing were increasing pressure on Delhi police.

Aarvi's case was handled to (CBI)Central Bureua of Investigation.CBI is headed by Abhijeet Roy.Abhijeet Roy instructs
to seal the room which was alloted to Aarvi Arya.First CBI Chief Abhijeet decides to inspect  Aarvi's hotel room .

Abhijeet finds a book named Sunny days on the side table and a pair of broken reading glasses on the floor .

Ahijeet Roy took the book and started inspecting it .Abhijeet opened the book and found  a photograph kept inside the book which had Aditi and Aarvi in it.

Abhijeet fliped a few more pages of the book and he  got   astonished.He found a page whose upper right corner was folded but what took him by surprise, were the blood drops on the folded page.He asked forensic team to collect the broken spectacles and book as an evidence and test the blood stain on the page.

Later he observed the room.He saw the lamp kept on the small study table was broken and He  also noticed coffee stain on the blanket kept on the bed .Next day he called Aditi and other teammates in the CBI Office for interrogation.

Aditi's p.o.v starts....

Today we are going to CBI Headquarters for interrogation.
I am nervous but I am also worried for Aaru .She is still missing and  nobody has the clue what happened at MIDNIGHT  which led to Aaru's sudden disappearence.Ah.... now I am standing outside the cabin of CBI Chief Abhijeet Roy.I will help CBI in every possible way to find Aaru.

Aditi's p.o.v ends....

CBI Chief Abhijeet interogated all the teammates of Aarvi including Aditi.He also questioned Team staff and coaches.Since, Aditi was the last person  to see Aarvi before she disappeared Aditi was enquired for a longer time. Questions asked to Aditi by Abhijeet are given below.

ABHIJEET - " Were you the last person to see Aaravi that night before she disappeared?"
ADITI-"Yes I was the last person to see her as I went in her room to give her spectacles which she had left in my room."

ABHIJEET -" What was she doing when you last saw her?"
ADITI-" Before I left her room I saw her reading Sunny Days.

ABHIJEET-"For how much time did you stayed in Aarvi's room that night and What were you both doing?
ADITI-"She called me around 10 pm in night as she forgot her spectacles in my room and she wanted to get her spectacles back. I reached her room after 10 minutes . She prepared instant coffee for herself and  me .Then we chit chatted . It was 11pm when I told her that it was getting late and I left her room".

ABHIJEET-"Did she lock her room when you were leaving her room?"
ADITI-" I asked her to lock the room before I left but she asked me to just shut the door as she said she will lock the door after 2 minutes. Then I shut the door and left . I have no idea whether after that she locked the door or not.

ABHIJEET- Next day who all went to check on Aarvi in her room?
ADITI-"Our Head Coach Kamlesh Reddy ,our team manager Mrs.Joseph and I went to check on Aarvi next morning."

ABHIJEET -"Was the room locked in the morning or just shut without being locked?"
ADITI-"To our surprise the door of the room was open ajar."

After interrogating everyone Abhijeet started thinking about statements given by everyone.Then after two days forensic reports of the blood stains came and it was found  that the blood  drops on the book page were indeed of Aarvi Arya. Abhijeet concluded that Aarvi was harmed that night and she got wounded and the coffee stains and broken lamp and her smashed reading glasses proves  that she might have struggled with her attacker but it is still unclear whether Aarvi is  DEAD OR ALIVE.As so many days had already passed but there was no trace of Aarvi.
